Landhaus Liebefeld was recommended by my son - what a wonderful choice! The property offers a traditional restaurant and event space plus 6 guest rooms in a beautifully renovated building. My room was large and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the luxurious bathroom and excellent shower. Breakfast was excellent: a small selection of the highest quality local produce. The cheese cart was a fabulous idea! All staff members were very friendly and professional. So far, this has been the best experience on my big Europe trip. Thank you!

No complaints. However, I would recommend that the hotel look into installing blackout curtains. In my case, it didn't matter, as I went to bed very late, but it might be an issue for other guests.

Breakfast was fantastic. There was plenty to choose from and all were very delicious! David the host was fantastic! He helped us with directions and places to see. He was always accommodating. Dinner at their restaurant was fantastic from Beef entrecote to sauteed livers were just incredible! Carlos and the waitress were just so fantastic as well! Always willing to help from understanding the menu to just having a wonderful conversation! Our room was fantastic. It was spacious our bedroom and bathroom! The views were perfect and the location even better! This hotel is 5 minutes down the road to the center of Bern. Highly recommended. This place has true charm! Location, staff, food, and this hotel was just incredible and beautiful.

We liked everything - these are just small comments or suggestions; The only small issue we had was the shower was not flowing very well so it was not a long shower. And on the marble floor coming out was a bit dangerous when wet. It's not that we didn't like it you just needed to be aware! The bathroom was beautiful decorated. If they had the menu in English that would have been helpful but the translation on my phone worked just as well

The hotel’s location is convenient: it’s in a quiet area but well-connected to the center of Bern, which is easy to reach. It’s an excellent base for exploring the city, as well as a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. In summary, my stay at Romantik Hotel Landhaus Liebefeld was very satisfying. A great choice for those seeking comfort and a pleasant environment while visiting Bern.

The warmth of the stuff and the authentic local atmosphere of the hotel were undeniably exceptional!! Everything welcomed us with a huge smile and were accommodating for each request or changes. Royal treatment and perfection in every interaction with staff. We had dinner at their restaurant and it definitely didn’t disappoint and it was a curated experience. Would definitely recommend

Nothing- maybe more varieties for breakfast

Really fancy and old the building which was build in the 16th century. Very authentic. Rooms are large and clean. Batrooms are modernly decorated. There is also a lift to reach upstairs alhough it is a liittle bit slower.

It was stated in the reviews that the facility provides free transport passes to the guests. We booked considering this opportunity. They do not provide it. We had to pay over 20 Francs for two daily transport passes. In addition to this the breakfast does not provide too many options

Staying in this gorgeous hotel from 1600s(?) is like stepping back in time. Not only was the accommodation perfect, the property has an absolutely incredible restaurant and killer breakfast. It’s a super small hotel so it was so private and lovely and a perfect place to land while visiting family.

Very beautiful room. Good sized bathroom and very clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Good location near a bus stop with connections to the city center. Great internet service.

09:00 for breakfast was pretty late, especially since there is no cooked food options available. The buffet was pretty underwhelming, the food was ok. The room was also pretty noisy at night since it was close to the stret and restaurant.

The amazing breakfast (if you are chees lovers).The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and professional. Good parking in the front of the hotel. 10-15 minutes by car from the city center.

I loved the spacious, clean rooms and the friendly staff. The hotel’s convenient location, with easy access to a direct bus to my destination, was a major plus.

Overall, my stay was wonderful. If I were to pinpoint an area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which, while included, had a limited selection and could benefit from more variety.

I always stay there when I'm travelling for business, the location is perfect for my purpose, the rooms are superb, and the restaurant is excellent, particurlarly when the weather is nice and you can eat outdoors.
