Excellent location. The room was very tastefully decorated even though small in size or cosy as described on the website, Everyplace was very clean. The communal areas were excellent and kept very well. The cooking facilities and food storage facilities were a real bonus with a supermarket across the street. Staff were very helpful.

The self service check in and online keys took a little getting used to but worked seamlessly once familiar with them.

I enjoyed the innovative concept of the hotel where self-management played a great role. The public area was excellent and the self check-in and check-out was smooth. The possibility to keep your luggage until 6 pm in a storage room was convenient too. The location of the hotel was excellent with many central amenities within a walking distance.

The only point that I did not enjoy was the size of the single room which was very small and you can hardly move around.

The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. They accommodated our request for a new room speedily and efficiently. There was nothing wrong with our first room but because of a personal issue we required a little more space. We really liked the shared kitchen and sitting room areas. The free tea and coffee and cooking facilities were all excellent. The decor and design of the hotel and it's furnishing were excellent. We would definitely return.

The facility was very nice. The shared spaces offered a kitchen, seating areas and a game room. They were all very comfortable. You can store your food in the shared fridge and cook. There was also a very enjoyable rooftop with great views. The location was perfect. The car parking was right next to the apartment. Everything was clean, very neat. Wish we stayed more🤗

One of the best experiences, great hotel concept allowing guests to cook own dishes in the communal kitchen and big communal living rooms, game room for children, great helpful staff, friendly atmosphere, fantastic views from the rooftop, so much to do located right in the middle of old town Bern,yet being next to the train station. The experience is worth of coming back!

Maybe could do with TV’s in rooms but if you’re there for a city break you probably don’t need it

The whole experience of this hotel was superb from arrival to departure. There was a blip with my online check in that was swiftly resolved. The communal area is staffed 8am -8am, very friendly and well facilitated. Excellent cooking/dining and with the best coffee/tea machine, all free. Chilled vibe throughout the sitting area, plenty to feast your eyes on, funky space. I travelled solo and I felt very safe. The room I stayed in was modern, spotless and again a really great space. The bed is the comfiest I have ever slept in and the shower was powerful. My favourite spot was the Roof Terrace WOW! Watched every sunset and sunrise and absorbed the Alps in the distance. Having to leave! I have stayed in many European cities so was fully aware of the time the waste vehicles would be out doing their rounds of emptying bins from bars/restaurants so the 5am wake up call did not take away from the charm.

Great central (old town) location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent spacious communal areas. Nice spiral staircase and a roof terrace with a good view.

Quite small windows. Odd room design with bed in the middle and no proper wardrobe and just 3 coat hangers so very limited storage for clothes. Shower quite tricky - when you think you are turning it off instead it switched to an overhead dump of cold water! That got me twice. So the room wasn't so good for the price. Quite dark until 2 days in I spotted some discreet light switches fitted into the bed. I tried the free coffee in the kitchen area but had to pour half of it away as it was horrible! I hated how the hotel requires you to download their app to do anything such as check-in or get a tram discount. On a trip with several hotels the last thing I want is to clutter my phone with extra apps for each stay.

It’s super clean and spacious in literally the perfect location, 15 minutes (walk) from the swimming pool, 15 minutes (walk) from the bear park and has really good public transport outside if getting back late at night. It’s right on top of the main town square and the museums as well int he beautiful old town. The room was spacious with lots of towels and a really nice shower! The bed is the comfiest I’ve stayed in and every room had a window seat so really nice to look out over the city and a really good way to maximise space in the room. It’s a no contact hotel and everything is accessed via phone so it’s kind of like your own private apartment but they have a common area with kitchen a tea and coffee so the place is really useful for whatever your saying needs are. It was so quiet at night.

Nothing, would stay again in a heartbeat

I could have stayed here for weeks! Bed so comfortable and the room so private. All done online so felt like your very own flat! The shower area was really good and got 2 big towel which was incredible. The location was really good for the centre of town and close (but not too close) to the station and the old town. Near the river for a swim and lots of places to hang wet cloths and store luggage. All got a window seat which is nice and a free social space with tea and coffee which is nice if you want to have a bit of social time!
