Great location, lovely room. Having washing machines at the hotel was a huge help.

The internet could've been faster since I had to upload large files for work, but that's my only complaint.

Lovely rooms, overall very cozy, clean. We liked the concept of "bring your own breakfast" - Migros is very close. Coffee, jam, butter was for free. Helps to avoid food waste. Digital keys were working like a charm.

A new concept of city hotel where all unnecessary hassle is eliminated and you are left with only what you need: comfort, hygiene, feeling at home.

First of all my room was awesome, it was wide for a solo traveler and the bed was comfortable with a big window at front strange but nice. The location was near train station walking, the fact that you can use your phone as key was really cool and easy to use just takes a few minutes to get used to it but if you want you can have a keycard for free with the iPad. Amenities are nice, you can prepared your own food or grab coffee, tea, fruits, jelly, cookies for free and staff are welcoming. I had a great time and I’ll be back soon 🤍

Considering it was self check in and out, using our phones, checking in and out for us was easy breezy. We found the hotel brilliant! The communal area was great, and the beautiful, cosy interior design made us feel at home. There was a big kitchen to use, with everything available to cook. There were clear rules, so everyone kept the space clean and tidy for the next person. There was a coffee machine that made lovely complimentary coffees, there was a jar of free little cookies as well as free jams, honeys and chocolate spread to use with your bakery/supermarket bought goods. We also used the washing machine and dryer during our stay that was free to use for all guests. Our room was lovely too and funkily decorated. The hosts and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and happy to help. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay at a Kooook hotel again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect, so close to Bern Hauptbahnhof (around 6’-8’), there is also a tram and a bus stop 3’-4’ from the hotel! So easy to move around from there! The room was super comfy and clean! The public room is the perfect lounge spot! There was free coffee, tea, milk, jam and biscuits! There is also a fridge (where you can put your groceries, if you want to buy any) and a fully equipped kitchen! The hosts super nice and friendly! I also loved the terrace and the view! I am recommending this to anyone who considers to visit Bern! ✌🏻✨

I absolutely loved my stay at Stay KooooK in Bern! This type of hotel, with its seamless self-check-in and all necessary amenities at your fingertips, is exactly what I look for when traveling. The building itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and decorated with charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite the autonomous check-in process, the staff present were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to assist if needed. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Overall, an excellent experience—I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bern!

The only downside was that the family room’s equipment seemed more complete in the advertisements and on Booking.com than in reality. While the room was comfortable, some of the expected amenities were missing or not as extensive as described.

This place is pretty cool but some things to know before you stay that help. This place has a self service check in. So you need to do this online before you get to the property. You then get access to the room and front door via your phone which is really handy. Level one has a hotel assistant all who are super friendly and helpful and basically there from the time you’re up to when you go to sleep. There are really comfortable communal lounging areas where you can relax with friends and family. There is a large shared kitchen and dinning area with complementary coffee fruits and people just come down and have dinner and chill all together it’s really nice but kept super clean and organised by the assistance. They also have FREE washing machine and dryer which when travelling around is so handy. At first I wasn’t sure about this place but it was great and would love to find more places like this.

Only discomfort is that the shower in the room is a bit weird where you come straight out into the room rather than a bathroom. But if you’re a couple it wouldn’t really be an issue, and can make it work.

The room is very clean. The design of the room is modern and interesting. High ceilings. The room is suitable for young people. As is the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The separate room near the kitchen and the playroom are very comfortable. The hotel itself is very clean and has no foreign smells.

Until 3am, the music was coming from behind the wall very loudly. It was impossible to sleep. After several days of flying, this noise is very exhausting. The soundproofing of the doors is poor. You can hear every rustle from the corridor. The neighboring rooms slam their doors, which is very clearly audible, as the door from the room is moving and shaking.

This is a beautiful old building right in the heart of Bern - near so many great restaurants and sites to see. They also have stunning communal areas for making breakfast, for having a coffee, reading, etc. There is also free laundry which is a huge bonus. We found that there was usually a staff person on-hand to answer questions during the day. They were pleasant and helpful.

The room is tiny - especially if you are a bigger person. Probably wise to look at the square footage - my partner and I struggled to squeeze past each other near the bed. All of the check-in is done online; we were given a host's name should we run into any problems. I reached out to him and never heard a thing back. The room was also hot and the AC didn't seem to work. We requested a fan and they shared they didn't have one.
