The staff at the hotel were very kind . The location is excellent , walking distance around 7 minutes from the main station , close to lot of places to eat, a shopping centre and nice walks . It was quiet at night in spite of its central location . The hotel is slightly outdated but it was clean and comfortable . I liked the general theme of the hotel with pictures of bears, it has its character .The breakfast was very good . WiFi was fast . I would stay again , thanks .

The room is bit small but I think it’s normal in central locations .

This was a great stay from start to finish. It really does check off all the boxes. Location is perfect; close to the heart of the town and the train station. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer a nice welcome drink and good coffee in the morning (even if you don’t have breakfast in the dining room). Room was very comfortable and super clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. Wi-Fi had good speed and coverage. I would easily come back here and stay again. Excellent hotel!

Only negative was a small shower that was hard to control the water getting on the floor. A minor complaint.

Great location and super friendly staff who rearranged our room from a twin to a double. Comfy, clean room with very quiet AC. Good quality tea and coffee available for free and a comfy outside (sheltered) seating area to enjoy it.

Potentially - the noisy street and main square nearby … but … the double glazing worked really well once the charm of city sounds had worn off and the regular bell chimes disturbed our sleep.

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the towel warmer in the bathroom. A coffee machine and a selection of herbal teas were available in the room. As a goodbye gift, we also received a small jar of aromatic salt...such a nice gesture! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. Absolutely recommended!

The location of the hotel is a prime location near the train station, tram stops and a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was good everything was made fresh.

I didn’t like that the iron was not in the room and I had to go on other floor to the iron room.

Yummy breakfast with lots of healthy options. Came during heat wave. They provided an A/C unit and helpful tips to keep the room as cool as possible.

The ice situation was lacking (they said their ice and water machine had recently broken down). Room was still warm despite the A/C unit. But we were understanding of the situation, as we there during a strong heat wave.

Very impressed with the staff: Charming, easy going Anna always ready with a smile and good well informed advice. We were 3 adults in 3 rooms (two bothers and a very old father), and sombody had the good sense to arrange for all our keys to open the doors of all 3 rooms. Location was perfect, yet quiet. A very generous supply of coffee capsules.

Air condition was not effective in our first night. Probably because we came in early spring. On our request it was taken care of quickly.

The room is basic and adequate. The hotel is right in the Bern old town. Most attractions are in walking distance, especially the Bärenplatz and the market which is literally right outside of the hotel building. The market which opens early in the morning is lively and fun to visit.

There is no parking to the hotel but it was well advertised. The closest public parking is around 5-10 min away on foot which is acceptable.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, ready to help. Surprisingly very quiet given the location (was on the 4th floor). Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Modern setting. Free coffee pods / tea every day.

The lobby can feel a little cramped as it is on the small side, but has a charming feel to it.

It has enough space to let me can open the luggage and the bed is comfortable, the hot water is very stable when I take shower. And this hotel has convenient location 1. close to the train station, only 5-6 minutes by walk. 2. Near by old town, only 1 minute

The heater is not very warm for my wife, cause when we travel at Bern, the weather is bad, but I think this is depends.
