Many thanks to Ikraam for helping us to make the booking on booking.com. We didn't have a booking yet and went straight to the hotel and were able to book the room with Ikraam's help. He was very patient with us and was always friendly. We will recommend this hotel to others

Hotel was really modern and clean. Rooms were spacious and beds were really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, contactless check in was easy. Below the hotel is also a co-op supermarket which is very handy, and 5 mins walk away is a lovely park that overlooks the city.

It was a good 25 mins up hill walk from the train station but an easy tram ride if you work out which stop. Hotel is not that close into the city but still in a good walkable location with a small amount of restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Lovely clean rooms. Beds were comfy, towels provided. A quiet area of town. Staff were fab, nice and welcoming. Free coffee downstairs in the morning which is always a plus. Location is great - just 20 min walk from train station, 10 min walk in to the city of Bern. Free public transport for Bern was provided on an app for the duration of our stay. There is a supermarket just outside which is convenient. Only downside is nothing in the rooms except a bed. No kettle/ fridge etc. I’m of understanding that this is due to fire & safety regulations which is understandable, and they do offer free coffee downstairs and free hot water 24/7 at reception too so I can’t complain too much :)

Great location. Bus stop is right in front. Bus 9A takes you to the center of the city in 5 min. No need to be closer to the center and save on that. Excellent breakfast, although a little expensive

They offered a card that you have to scratch to see what you win. Mostly drinks. My wife and I both won water bottles, but when we went to the front desk to redeem, they didn’t have any… meanwhile, there is a supermarket right next door to the hotel. My suggestion is, if water is one of the prizes you offer, might as well have enough water to give away…

I like its close proximity to bus station which takes you to Bern station in 10mins. It has coop supermarket just beside it. The hotel is modern and its room had generous space which is quite surprising for Switzerland. The main theme of the hotel yellow bright color which creates a chic vibe. The bed are so comfy that I have a really good night sleep for two days. I had encountered a resident cat in the lobby and it really made my day as a cat person.

Location is very good overlooking the old town - the old town (which is picture postcard stunning) is about 15 mins walk down hill / 20 mins back up (a free bus is available). Very clean comfortable room with arty decor and a sort of minimalist approach. Nice breakfast. Very friendly, patient, helpful staff. View from the roof top bar on the 7th floor is great. Plenty of parking round the back of the hotel. Free coffee with mugs in reception.

No problem with having no coffee making in the room as it was available down stairs but a bit odd having no drinking glasses in the room!

I love the central yet green neighbourhood. It was well connected to the city centre and in walking distance from it. The rose garden nearby was gorgeous. Tea and coffee were available. Hotel has AC which is rare in Switzerland. In general I liked the place with small cons, see below. The place was clean and comfy. There is a coop and gym steps from a hotel. Coop is a budget option for those who want to save on breakfast. But stop is on a doorstep. Buses 9A and 10 are driving to a city. Hotel offers free passes on a bus, which me as a GA folder didn't need.

Room wasn't ready at 15 due to late check in Only lights nearby bed was available TV channels only in German, and place is international. Or maybe I missed something.

- The check-in and check-out procedures were quick and seamless. - Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. - The remote controlled mechanized roller shutter was very good. - We got a free drink on the nice open terrace on the top floor. The view was wonderful.

- The choice of food for the breakfast was very limited for a hotel of this category. Also, the staff in the breakfast hall could have been much more polite. - The bathroom could have been bigger. We really missed the usual glasses for brushing our teeth and the hooks to hang our clothes and the towels as well.
