Many thanks to Ikraam for helping us to make the booking on booking.com. We didn't have a booking yet and went straight to the hotel and were able to book the room with Ikraam's help. He was very patient with us and was always friendly. We will recommend this hotel to others

Hotel was really modern and clean. Rooms were spacious and beds were really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, contactless check in was easy. Below the hotel is also a co-op supermarket which is very handy, and 5 mins walk away is a lovely park that overlooks the city.

It was a good 25 mins up hill walk from the train station but an easy tram ride if you work out which stop. Hotel is not that close into the city but still in a good walkable location with a small amount of restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Lovely clean rooms. Beds were comfy, towels provided. A quiet area of town. Staff were fab, nice and welcoming. Free coffee downstairs in the morning which is always a plus. Location is great - just 20 min walk from train station, 10 min walk in to the city of Bern. Free public transport for Bern was provided on an app for the duration of our stay. There is a supermarket just outside which is convenient. Only downside is nothing in the rooms except a bed. No kettle/ fridge etc. I’m of understanding that this is due to fire & safety regulations which is understandable, and they do offer free coffee downstairs and free hot water 24/7 at reception too so I can’t complain too much :)

I like its close proximity to bus station which takes you to Bern station in 10mins. It has coop supermarket just beside it. The hotel is modern and its room had generous space which is quite surprising for Switzerland. The main theme of the hotel yellow bright color which creates a chic vibe. The bed are so comfy that I have a really good night sleep for two days. I had encountered a resident cat in the lobby and it really made my day as a cat person.

An extremely good hotel with very spacious rooms. The air conditioner maintains the room temperature at an optimal level. The toilet is also quite spacious. Considering the hotel's excellent location (right next to the Rosengarten with a wonderful view of the old town), spacious and clean air-conditioned rooms, the value for money is excellent, especially when compared to similar hotels in Paris and Brussels for 30-40% higher price (this is my personal experience)! The staff is great, they give good tips for seeing the city and help with self-check-in.

I really don't have any complaints about the hotel. It has air conditioning, spacious rooms, a good toilet and a place where people hang out in the lobby.

The location was perfect, it was very easy for me to travel from the main train station to the hotel. The staff were fantastic, very lovely and helpful. The facilities were very clean. I didn't plan to have breakfast at the hotel, but I won a free breakfast with their current promotion. I can confirm that the breakfast was fantastic and absolutely worth what you would usually pay. The check-in and check-out process was super simple. Upon checking-in I was prompted to download the Bern app and was given a code so I could access free public transport during my entire stay. *A little bonus tip, there is a Rose Garden just a 5 minute walk up the road. It was a fantastic place to sit and each breakfast while enjoying a breathtaking view of the city below.

There was barely anything to criticise. The only thing was that the air-conditioning in the room was quite loud and surprisingly warm, usually the other way around. I was able to turn it off, but couldn't turn the temperature down as is it locked. During summer this could be more of a problem with the heat and noise, but I would still book a stay here again.

Excellent location (right on the bus stand and next to big supermarket), very friendly staff (Denise and Martin were super helpful), cleanliness.

Beds are not comfy. Misty smell in the corridor. No telephone in the room so no room service. No coffee machine inside the room. You have to go to reception to ask for anything like fresh pair of towels, tissue rolls, coffee etc. Even the room cleaning happens once in 3 days only so you have to throw your garbage accumulated for 3 days downstairs in the garbage bin next to the reception. If the hotel can provide these basic services like rest of them, I would give them a 5 star.
