The hotel was very close to the tram station so it was very convenient to go to the city centre. It was also within walking distance of Migros so it was very easy for us to get groceries. There is also luggage storage services.

When we reach the hotel, apparently the room assigned in booking.com was too small and there was an error in our booking. The staff told us that they also don't know why this can happen. Nevertheless, we got our room. Also, the toilet is very small and after bathing, you need to aerate it if not it will smell.

The room suited our needs for one night. We had two double beds and it was comfortable layout with a lot of room. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was a nice touch. Check in and out was easy. Excellent that it was right next to the tram which could take you straight into the old town.

The bathroom had a shower chair in-built which limited the space you had to shower. The shower also had no distinction between it and the toilet meaning the toilet and entire floor got wet when showering if you weren't careful. The pillows were tiny square ones - the size of decorative pillows - and only one each. They were comfortable but more or bigger pillows would have been appreciated.

Stayed in a 3 bed room. The beds were much more comfortable than I anticipated. Bathroom was clean and functional. The location is right next to a bus line and a quick walk from the rose garden. They also provided us with a free city transit pass. So convenient and everyone I was with said they'd return. I have stayed in an ibis hotel before and didn't have the best experience but this was wonderful.

The bathroom door is hard to close and I would have liked more hangers but that's pretty much it.

The room was clean and neat, staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even told us how to visit the National Equestrian Centre next door. There is a common area with water dispenser and microwave that can be used all day, though it's used for the breakfast buffet in the morning. Very easy to get to and from the city center via bus, and walking distance to a nice park.

Very clean modern hotel, easily accessed via bus and tram, about 10 mins from train station. Staff were very pleasant.

Very minor niggles. The USB connections did not work to charge phones. The shower tray has a very small lip which means water easily runs to the bathroom floor. No tea/coffee making in the room. Otherwise though, a nice hotel.

Views of the distant mountains from our room, storks flying above and the army exercising its horses. Room was excellent and staff were brilliant.

Would have liked extra pillows in the room, larger table and additional seat for second person. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was ok nothing special. Easy parking access and good location. The stuff was helpful and kind no problems there. In general we didn't face any issues. Good thing they accept dogs.

Just average hotel for that amount of money. It was the cheapest in the area and that's why we chose it + because they accept dogs. The bathroom facilities were basic, kinda looks like a boat cabin bathroom.

It was the cheapest we can find for place to sleep as always out first thing in the morning and back late at night. Tram across the hotel was a bonus

Very conveniently located near to the tram station. Room was clean with good size and, staff was cordial. Takes about 75 minutes to reach Interlaken.

Check in process was fast, amazing staff. Staff were very attentive to our needs. Hotel is close to the tram station.

Room only have one small trash bin which was located in the bathroom.
