Excelente stay! The apartment was very clean, modern, and spacious. i was impressed by the high- tech amenities throughout the property. Free laundry facilities and free parking were a huge bonus. Highly recommended!

The only downside Was the ongoing construction of a new building next door, which could be a bit noisy at times. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Convenient location (easy bus transportation), clean and modern facilities, efficient customer service.

There’s no front desk service, nor reception personnel. Instead upon arrival you have to call a person in order to obtain a check-in code. There’s no problem with this procedure, but it will be better if the customer is informed beforehand so as to avoid inconvenience and surprises.

A bit noisy from the nearby railroad and road and noise from other rooms (dependent on the guests) A small cooler is there but no AC in the room. You need instructions to navigate the lights and curtains.

Great location for being a connection into Bern city. Very comfortable bed and smart design. We brought our cat, so really appreciated the pets allowed option. It was as also nice and quiet with great sound-proofing, which helped us and our cat relax while staying.

The heat of the shower was a bit inconsistent, so finding the right balance takes some time and luck. But very comfortable otherwise.

Great location near the train stations, buses, access to an incredible park. Evi the host and the other property managers were very accommodating and attempted to provide everything that we asked.The kitchen was very compact - but it met all of our needs.

It would have been better to have the cleaning service stop by everyday just to check to see if we needed towels/coffee, etc. The property was fairly new and very different with most all room features being controlled remotely -- which sometimes did not work. The blinds and curtains automation was frustrating -- it would have been better to have the blinds that adjust themselves (interior or even exterior of the windows). Also - the whole automation of the toilet and bidet was not working properly. The host should disclose that the Air conditioning was the manual kind. It did work well, but it was not ideal since it disrupted the closing of the curtains, etc. Just because of the location of our room - the construction work noise was a little disrupting.

Convenient to bus stop and short walk to train and to restaurants. Very clean, nice place. But no air-conditioning. It was very hot, afternoon sun heated up the room- even with curtains closed. During normal times, would probably have been OK, but we visited during a hot period. Staff was helpful and always jovial. They did promise an air-conditioning unit, but were delayed one day in providing it.

Curtains getting caught on open windows while trying to open or close automatic curtains. . Not a big deal one or twice, but it was annoying. We were promised fresh towels and coffee refills after 3 days, but that did not happen. Im sure they would have brought them had we called, but we didn't want to bother staff.

The location of the hotel is really good - 30 minute walk from the center or a 15 minute bus ride. You also receive a Bern public transport ticket for the duration of your visit, which makes your life a lot easier. The gent who let us in is super kind and explains everything very clearly. The room is very modern and compact. There are complimentary tea bags and coffee capsules. The place is ~15 minute walk from the Aare river, which is great for running.

There was at times a weird odour coming from the ventilation of the bathroom. The ventilation itself was also a bit loud at times, even when you turned it to the lowest mode. The place is not far from a road, so for light sleepers the traffic might be disturbing. During our stay there was a construction on the building next door, and the workers started quite early, which could be a problem for some. Unfortunately there was no AC, and during our stay it was 32-35 degree during our day.

Loved how spacious and clean the apartment was. Had everything I needed in the kitchenette, and everything was easily accessible. It was nice to not have to worry about a physical key card and just enter a code to get into the room. Really close to the public pool across the road and about a 5min walk to the bus stop to get into the city centre (also loved that I got a bus pass with my stay!) Ajdin was really helpful and accommodating, I appreciated his hospitality.

I wasn’t able to just close the sheer curtains with the remote, which was slightly inconvenient as I was right next to the busy worksite next door, but it was easy to just close all the curtains for privacy instead :) Definitely made use of the fan Ajdin gave me due to the heat!

This marks my second stay here, and I have nothing but positive feedback to offer. The apartments are modern and functional, and the location is a short distance from the main train station. Guests receive the "Bern Ticket," which, among other benefits, grants complimentary access to all public transportation in the surrounding area. An additional commendation goes to the staff, who are consistently engaged and attentive. Upon arrival, a member of the reception team personally greets guests and provides guidance on the apartment's features – as I mentioned, it is quite modern. Regarding the team, while interactions were infrequent, as is typical for an apart-hotel prioritizing privacy, every encounter was met with a smile (evident both visually and audibly). Even when certain requests could not be accommodated, all matters were resolved with remarkable ease and empathy. I will certainly be returning. C.

Top quality Apartment. Free tea and coffee. Use of communal washing machine. Plenty of channels and prime to watch. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. WiFi. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Staff respond quickly to requests. Bus close by. Shopping centre close by. Free Bern pass for visitors.

No in-house pool. There is a public pool across the road. Some noise coming from other rooms at times. Construction work outside any time after 7 am. Looks like can still go on for months.
