1. Quite spacious room with a cattle and some coffee and tea, a free bottle of medium sparkling water (one per stay). 2. Big washroom with a big shower cabin. 3. The breakfast is standard, nothing special, but there's something one can find to eat depending on the taste. 4. Spacious garage with lots of parking spaces and easy entrance and exit so you're not afraid of scratching the car. 5. There's a service point on 1th floor with coin-operated washing and drying machines and a free iron with a desk. Washing / drying is 2 CHF each cycle and you can pay for that with a card at reception and get Miele coins. 6. Friendly and helpful staff. When my parents came to visit me in the hotel the staff allowed to park their car in the hotel garage for several hours for free. 7. Good location for business trips with a car since it's not in the center of the town and close to highways.

1. Although the shower cabin is quite big, the water flows out of it in bathroom and corridor no matter if the cabin door is closed or open, which gives some inconvenience. 2. The hotel is located in an expo (industrial) area so there're no supermarkets or restaurants in the walking distance from the hotel (there might be some restaurant in the building where hotel is located but I never checked it out). There's a small Coop shop at the gas station round 1 km from the hotel. 3. Room is cleaned every second day, but it did not make a problem for me.

It is a great sized room with a fantastic waterfall shower and is very well decorated. The staff were super friendly and kindly let me check in early when I arrived on an overnight flight. The location couldn't be better: it's directly outside the train station, literally a 30-second walk!

The rooms come with exterior blinds fitted. There is a switch on the wall to raise/lower them, however, the weather overrides them. Often. They are CONSTANTLY raising and lowering for no good reason - all night, every night. At multiple points throughout the day, while I was working remotely and in a meeting, the room would be plunged into darkness by the automatic lowering of the blinds! Surely this is something the maintenance team or company who installed them can look at?

Great location right next to the train station with regular service (but great sound isolation meant we never heard a single train). There are plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Rooms felt fresh with plenty of natural light to brighten your stay.

Booked a two bed room via Booking but was given a double. Room layout was a little inefficient: a long snaking corridor left no room for a decent table. Could be better in other rooms.

The property exceeded our expectations. The apartment was fantastic. Great location, close to train, supermarket and restaurants. Just 2 stops from Bern train station. Get your bearings on that before arrival and save yourself a 47 CHF taxi fare.

None of these are dislikes just things to be aware of. Very firm mattresses and only one type of pillow. No instructions or apartment guide (except for rubbish disposal) available. Mostly friendly staff.

Great friendly staff. Very informed and helpful. They all should get a raise! Clean rooms and breakfast area. 15 mins from city center on bus 10. Near grocery store, bank, pharmacy and good food. Try the Pakistani restaurant across the street or the pizza place both highly recommended.

It's surrounded by construction right now. Hard for Taxi to get to. Bus 10 and train lines are close by.

Nice rooms, clean and friendly staff. Close to public transport but still 20-30min to city center not really walking distance to city center. Great AC, especially during summer.

No small fridge in the room for our drinks, really slow internet, check-in at 16:00 is really late. We were woken up by housekeeping really early, which was a bit annoying, just to ask when we were checking out, which seemed very weird.

It was good to have a possibility to wash clothes, but you need to have local money (coins) to use the machine and it seems you have to use your own detergent. For a price of this hotel a possibility to make 1 or 2 free washing cycles (with detergents provided) could be included.

It was a easy check in process. The room was very well set up and spacious. Very nice shower and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The room service was lacking. The time they came in they didn't clean up at all. They only gave me one new towel, emptied the trash in the bathroom and folded the duvet. They did not sweep the floor which was dirty, they did not empty trash in kitchen.

I forgot my toothbrush and was happy to find one for 2.50. The free ticket for transportation in Bern was a pleasant surprise. The well-visible sign outside the station was a godsend for someone like me, not very savvy in orientation, arriving at night in an unfamiliar place! The breakfast was very nice with organic and healthy products. The room was clean and the bathroom very nice, including the shower. Overall, though, I was very satisfied.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was not great, I could hear the voices of the neighbors (room 224). If I were to nitpick, the air in the room was very dry.

the electronic shatters were opening/closing at will. the cleaning staff was only folding the bedsheets and the towels every morning. Out of the 5 days we stayed, they didn't pick up the trash bags a few times, and they didn't renew the cups for coffee/tea, we had to wash them ourselves. Would be nice to have a mini fridge
