The location is perfect to visit Neuchatel. The rooms are very quiet. There was a huge party close-by and I was really scared I would not sleep but the windows are incredibly good to isolate from the noise.

I think it is a bit pricey for this kind of hotel but it was a busy weekend during peak season, which may have pushed prices up....and it is Switzerland.....nothing is inexpensive around here. The property is pretty dated and needs a refresh.

Location is perfect, right on the center of Neuchatel, good breakfast, nice confortable rooms with everything required, good internet connection too, good AC system, and the most important thing, super friendly helpful staff! Also some rooms have an AMAZING view to the lake!

Pillows are horrible ... is the only thing bad about this hotel.

The location was about 10 mins walk from the train station and few minutes to the center. It is next to the lake which is great for jogging and walking. Although the view from our room was blocked by the tree, the room was nice, the bed was comfy.

The area, close by the city center and the small touristic harbour. Further the support by the Hotel team.

Nice hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Neuchatel and the harbour. Rooms are small but well equipped with airco, safe and coffee and thee making facilities. Employees very helpful also arranging parking permit and managed to locate my forgotten tablet.

As said room size is limited but central location makes up for that. Google had some issues to navigate to the entrance.

Location is perfect for me. Staff are helpful and friendly.

We stayed during a very hot period and maybe better cooking in the room would have made it even more comfortable. But a very minor detail indeed.

The location was convenient.

I thought that all three rooms that I booked would be airconditioned. Only one was. There was a band playing Mexican music near by that played until after midnight.

Internet was poor and made it difficult to work from on Teams or Zoom meetings

It’s well located

Probably it needs some renovation but that really matters if you are just there to sleep and take a bath.
