Convenient . Great inclusive breakfast.

I had paid through booking.com for 3 rooms in advance but the hotel didn’t have a record of the payment on their system and charged my daughter who arrived before me again for her room and tried to charge me again for the other 2. It took some persistence for them to find a record of payment and to refund her.

Extremely warm welcome when we arrived at 9am. Offered coffee. The staff was extremely warm Gave us transport card for the entire duration of the stay Good shuttle service to and fro the airport. Loaned plates and spoons on request Very clean with good washrooms Good breakfast spread with long hours starting from 6.30am. Good connectivity to the city

The room size was very small and tight. Was difficult to open bags.

The service and facilities. The free airport shuttle, daily city travel pass and early check in helped us a lot.

The bathroom toiletries were not changed. Breakfast was repetitive everyday.

Please tell Mr. S. Koenig that the duty manager Debora saved our Viator trip with Key Tours. Key Tours misinformed us where we should meet them and when for our day trip to Zermatt. Debora wen above and beyond to get Key tours to reschedule our trip. Although we did not get to see the Matterhorn we did get to see Mt. Blanc and Chamonix because of Debora. He should appreciate her ability to help your customers. The shuttle from airport to hotel was why I selected the hotel frequency is great.

The fact the vending machines weren't working and selection was limited as to food you could purchase at the hotel. Geneva tends to shut early and there are few restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel is around 250 meter to bus and tram station. Very close to the place a shopping mall available included coop market , decathlon etc. It is easy to reach the city center. Hotel is supplying you free travel cards in Geneva. The breakfast ls enough and has good quality (it can change based on your expectations) the staff are really great from reception to housekeeping and to whom working in the restaurant. WiFi works well. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds . They can supply you many items based on request (disposable razor, sanity kits etc.) We are glad to stay here

Very convenient location near GVA airport as well as public transportation, and appreciated availability of their shuttle bus. Front desk staff was extremely helpful over the total 3 days we stayed. Overall the room was comfortable, though a bit tight. Good water flow in shower. Nice to have a separate toilet area. Climate control worked well.

Breakfast was better than average American chain restaurant, but nothing special. Didn't realize we had a room right at the elevators, and that was a bit noisy at times. A mini fridge would have been great to have.

It was a surprise that we could use the public transport for free.

We could not open the window in the room. I can understand that it is dangerous to allow the guests open the window in a given height but it was clearly visible that other guests also tried to do it without having that special key. It would be nice to find a safe solution, for example to divide the big window and add a very small window as in cold countries. Fresh air is needed to breath. A built-in fan or air-machine cannot give the same result. This was the only thing that made the room a uncomfortable. Otherwise it was perfect.

Free airport shuttle, beds were comfortable, shower was great, breakfast appreciated. It was calming for me to stay there the night before a long international travel day. Glad we stayed there. It would be helpful to have sign-ups for the shuttle so pushy people could not dart in front of you. That was stressful.

Unclear how to catch the shuttle. The rules are posted inside the van. Only 8 people max can fit in the van. Pushy people got on before others who had been waiting longer. Frustrating to see that happen. Breakfast had no hot eggs and a limited selection of other breakfast items but we still appreciate it.

Stayed here for 1 night only as we had a very early flight out the next morning. The room was clean, nicely appointed and most importantly had AC. Good free coffee machine and water urn in the lobby. Unfortunately although breakfast was included in our price, we left before 6am so had to miss out on it. Excellent shuttle for pick up and return to airport. Lovely staff member who stored our bags, gave us free travel passes and guided us to the nearest tram stop and advised on which transport to take into the centre of the city.

The hotel staff were very friendly, room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was very nice. We were given a travel card, which we made good use off. Free Coffee and water in reception and a bar to purchase any other drinks.

There was a family with children running up and down the corridors. But once they went to bed at about 11:30 we didn’t hear no more from them. The rooms could do with better sound proving as u can hear a lot from the corridors and neighbouring rooms
