Solid value. Polite staff despite my basic French. Views, Balcony, local shuttle bus, sauna, very quiet. Daily cleaning. Incredible breads at breakfast & helpful staff - thankyou!

The beds are comfortable but getting a little old. This place is rustic and functional which I like. My biggest gripe was the low shower head...so there's actually lots to like about this place.

On the positive side, bread choices were very good and the coffee was excellent. Cheese, meats, and fruit choices were good.

Breakfast could use some improvement in terms of the eggs offered, there were only hard-boiled eggs on some days and typically overcooked egg mix in some pan. Might be nice to add a hot water boiler to make soft-boiled eggs and offer fresher scrambled eggs.

It was near the station and a bus stop. There was a restaurant nearby

It was a long way from the ski lift and the bar shut early so no chance of a night cap before bed . There was a hot option at breakfast but only when the hotel was full and then the dining room seemed too crowded

When you book value-for-money accommodation, it’s never the facilities that make the difference but the staff. The staff of this hotel is exceptional! Big thank you to their patience and good attitude, it made our stay more pleasant than it would have otherwise been.

The rooms are spacious but a bit empty and cold with a tile floor. However, our room was clean, shower was good and the mattresses were great. Breakfast was simple but quite good too. Overall there is nothing wrong with this place. I would stay again.

Staff were great - very helpful and friendly. Particularly Bruno and Cynthia. Breakfast was nice. Coffee good. Nice breads. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

Probably 500m from nearest lift with patchy bus service. A little more variety of hot food at breakfast would have been good. Left my airpods in the room when I left. They looked for them twice and have posted them on to me - brilliant service.

Nice hotel in a small town. Room was spacious and clean with beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was also very good with lots of variety. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely breakfast with croissants, a brilliant choice of gorgeous breads which could then be toasted, boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurts and cereal and very good coffee. Location of the hotel was perfect for the centre of the village, a ten minute walk to gondola, or take the free ski bus right outside of the hotel. The ski hire shop was just below the hotel which was very handy. Nice, comfy beds with v clean bedlinen and soft bouncy duvets. Good room size for the three of us with a little balcony too which was lovely and made the room feel more spacious and special. Friendly reception always happy to help out with queries. Great heated ski and boot room - v easy to access. V well equipped gym which my teenage sons loved. Coffee machine in the room Lovely warm showers with plentiful hot water.

A little expensive. I would have LOVED a kettle in the room to make tea and hot chocolate so we could have a warm-up after skiing. Our room was super-warm all day and night, so much so that we slept with the balcony door open. This was fine, but what a waste of energy. Perhaps the hotel could consider installing thermostats in rooms so guests could adjust the temperature?

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. Good location with good parking.

The only downside I would say was that there was no bar open in the hotel. But apart from that, the hotel is very nice
