The staff was great, nice, helpful and professional. The room was perfect cozy with a great view. The location was amazing, pretty much close to everything.

Other customers lacking basic education. People being loud in the sauna, kids running in the restaurant, people coming in pyjamas and bare foot for breakfast…

Really nice landscape/location (easy near the lift but also other restaurants and super market) the stuff was amazing and helpful with tips for hotel, village and ski centre...

1)The coffee was really bad (we also gave the feedback) that in such a hotel/restaurant is a pity to "offer" such bad coffee. 2) the lights in the spa were a bit too bright and the walls white so there was more of a clinic feeling. And there is no possibility to go out in the fresh air after the Sauna. 3) the room was actually really new after the renovation and amazingly equipped with everything you may need, but not well cleaned after the renovation

The setting above everything else. The valley and the surroundings of Les Diablorets are spectacular. The room was well appointed.

The service in the restaurant was managed by waiters that took a long time to give us a proper table sufficiently far away from the conference crowd despite the fact that we had booked independently from the conference.

Nice spa area for relaxing after a ski day open from 16:00 - 21:00 with 2 Saunas, one real finnish sauna and a bio sauna.The pool was perfect for swimming in the morning, it's open from 7:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 21:00. Ski Room with heated shoe holders, the hotel is very close to the Diablerets express ski lift (3min walk). The breakfast buffet was good, the staff was very nice, the room was very clean.

The breakfast and dinner were wonderful and service was great! The hotel was lovely all-around. Staff were kind and welcoming and very helpful. The facilities were great.

I only wish that the hotel had a hot tub/jacuzzi in addition to the pool, as this would be appreciated for the end of a ski day and seemed missing to me for a place like this.

I stayed in one of the renovated rooms. Just amazing. Very tastefully done. The location was just ideal. Close to everything! Food was amazing and the staff were just super friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome. I am planning to go back soon!

The breakfast was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was quite close to other restaurants, the bus stop and the view was amazing. There is a nice bar at the hotel and there was someone singing and playing the piano in the evening. The sauna was really nice as well.

The radiator in my room kept making noise so the staff had to come and lower my heating for it to stop making noise. This disturbed my sleep a bit during my stay.

We were given a very spacious room with balcony and view of the glacier, the bathroom was equally big. The location of the hotel is very nice for hiking (or skiing in winter).The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel's interior is somewhat out-dated and very old-fashioned but there will be renovations soon.

Very kind staff, highly comfortable hotel in a beautiful setting and with an excellent breakfast!! Great indoor pool with relaxing sauna make for the petfect après-ski!
