1. It’s the best property I lived in Taiwan . 2. The rooms are small but they arranged all facility in such a way that it’s room composition is full of all need and charm and I really enjoyed it being better than bigger room because space utilisation is very - very good . I enjoyed every bit of space . 3. Their 24 hours Nescafé all varieties of complimentary drink facility is wonderful and the taste and aroma of all hot drink produced is of highest quality’s . 4. The breakfast as it’s much varieties and good for vegan / vegetarian option seeker and the breakfast venue is in ground floor and nice seating arrangement and an asset to this hotel . 5. The laundry facility but I not used it . 6. Location near metro and near by night market too. 7. In middle of main city and main center of town . 8. They provided three towel / three set of free hot drink in room / means even 3 adult can live comfortable though room small but very good use of space and I like space management . 9. Every facility with in room very easy to use .

There is nothing I do not like . I like every thing .

The location is a short 5 min walk from Formosa Boulevard station, and great for connections to main bus lines. The room was modern, large and comfortable. A nice surprise was the free snacks and tea in the afternoon, and there were also free refreshments available in the reception. Breakfast was good, with warm foods like stir fry, noodles and omelette too. Would happily stay again.

Not limited to this hotel, but be aware that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet. We found that the staff's English was adequate but sometimes difficult to communicate.

Stayed here for a night when we went to Taichung using the Taiwan Luckyland Voucher. The staff are very nice since I email them and very accommodating to our needs. The space may be small but it has everthing you need in a room. The design is also very industrial which me and my fiance loved! Not to mention that it is just walking distance from the famous night market and just 6min ride to UBUS Terminal. Also, the breakfast is delicious! Overall it was a very nice experience! Will come back here if given the chance! Thank you River Inn!

The property is nice , clean and very friendly customer service, The AC works well and water pressure is so strong. They even have the laundry in the building but I didn’t use it.

I don’t really impress with the breakfast, it was some food which I don’t really get it , I thought I would see some chinese breakfast or American breakfast, but it was something and not tasty at all. and one problem is the check in time was so late like 4 pm which I don’t like.

Very friendly staff and surprisingly they are providing afternoon snacking for free where you could have free coffee/tea, scones, biscuits and cookies for free! Location is pretty good and very nearby to the subway station. Overall facilities are pretty good and my family are really love the ambient of the dining area of the hotel!

There is little choke at the bathroom where water flowing is very slow.

The location. Is supwe clean The comidor ans breakfast is pretty fair and more if compares to others in Taiwan Comfy bed

The bed was kinda small (but i guess you can check that in the options to choose) We wanted to do laundry and is possible but you have to manage everything by yourself so the service per se The staff doesn’t speak english (important to no locals)

Really nice hotel, great location next to the train station, comfy beds, excellent bathroom, friendly staff, cheap laundry facilities (30 NTD), etc. Everything you need at a decent price. Would definitely stay again.

Only slight complaint was that the hot breakfast buffet was a little cold, so we mostly ate the (excellent) fruit salad and toast instead.

Near to night market. Near to mtr station, good decent spread of easy and light breakfast.. the chef make nice scrambled eggs. Offer small snacks for guest which is a very nice gesture from the hotel.

Room size is considered small esp if you need space for many luggages.

It was the best hotel I had in Taiwan during my 10 day trip! It's a big hotel but the look is very cosy. Staff is super nice and helpful. Location is great -10min to train station and even closer to Formosa Blv metro station where you can take underground to the airport. Right around the corner from the night market. YouBike Station just in front. Amazing breakfast, snacks available in the afternoon.

Breakfast buffet was OK. Room was large and clean. AC and WiFi were great. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Be careful to check room details before booking. I mistakenly booked a room with no window. Fortunately, a much better room with window was available and staff allowed us to change for only the difference in room price.
