The location is excellent. The room cleanliness. The interior design of the main lobby L1 and dining area L3.

The check-out system that's needs to be held on with a credit card of NT1,000, which is unfair to Overseas travellers. By right, once guests check out before 11am, staff should immediately check through the room, can't say due to shortage of manpower and will check later afternoon, and what's happen if any disagreement after guests left the city. Anyway, hopefully, withdraw this check-out system to ease all travellers .

Spacious room, had international plug and a large comfy bed. Balcony was a very nice touch, with a good view of the redeveloped train station. Breakfast included was average but no complaints. Location by the main station is great, easy access to the train and metro to get anywhere.

Check in process is odd, there's a staffed front desk but then they take you to a kisok and guide you through "self-check-in" - felt very inefficient. No hand soap at sink.

This hotel was incredibly convenient, sited just across the street from Kaohsiung Main Station and only one stop from Formosa Boulevard, which had the Dome of Light and a night market. The room was nice and the breakfast options were fantastic. For the price, I would certainly stay here again.

The room was a bit small and had some missing tiles in the bathroom. As a single traveler who spent very little time in the room, it did not hinder my stay at all. Room was very comfortable and met my needs for a fantastic price.

The location was AMAZING. It was literally across the street from the Main Station and made our travel so easy. We also booked a superior king room and it was very spacious for all our luggage and my family of 3. The breakfast room was also quite nice, with a lot of tasty options (I loved the pork buns)

Great central location - about 5 mins walk to Kaohsiung Main Station. Friendly staff - always have bright smiles, able to provide assistance quickly Clean room - room make up every day. Great amenities - bathroom comes with bathtub. Have a small sofa in the room.

Towards the end of the stay for about 2 days, the system for the breakfast only indicated 4 adults for my booking when there were 5 adults during check in. The staff is able to resolve immediately by updating the system.

The rooms and bed were spacious. The breakfast buffet had enough choices to explore and not get sick of. The staff were also very helpful in an emergency. (My mom had an allergic reaction, and they quickly identified a nearby hospital and clinic plus called it in so they'd know to expect us.)

Excellent location right outside Kaohsiung Station (both HSR and MRT) and nice breakfast. The room had a good layout and the bed was so comfy - it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel has washing machines that can be used for free (with laundry detegent) and coin-operated dryers.

A hair dryer was not provided in the room.

Extremely comfortable bed. Bathroom with shower and bath, room was well-equipped. Good location just outside main station. We liked the option to do laundry in the laundry room. Reasonable selection at breakfast buffet.

Carpet smelled bad and was hard to get rid of the smell even when we left the balcony door open all evening.

Just opposite Kaoshiung station, super yummy Western breakfast, free coffee and cookies in hotel Cafe from 3pm to 9pm, free washing machine and only aud$1 for 30 minutes dryer, super 2 comfortable pillows per person, the hotel still look brand new.

No hotel sign visible from the station, only small Watermark sign at the entrance door. Only one reception lady super friendly and super helpful during our check-in, the rest is so..so..

The breakfast by bay windows facing main train station makes it an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was simple but will fit tastebuds of international crowd. Room is extremely big, with ample space to lay out all your suitcase.

The centralised aircon grille has some vibrations now and then.
