The place is easy to locate and only takes only a few minutes on foot from the station (perhaps the only tricky part is which exit to go). I had a free upgrade and the room given to me was clean and free from any sort of unpleasant smell. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable enough for me. There wasn't any noise heard from the neighboring rooms either. Their breakfast buffet offered decent food choices. I really enjoyed the bathtub but I wish the water could be a bit hotter (it was only tepid). The front desk was also welcoming and both the check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.

Car park and free bike services , very convenient to access to parking lots, free umbrella lending services and very professional counter services. The receiption floor is clean and very spacious and comfortable. Two side of access is fantastic from main road or event from the lane access. Very convenient to car rental shop (1 min. Walking distance) plus free laundry machine facility

The property is seems traditional and facilities may be not up today. The policy may be too strict that we booked 2 single beds room from the apps, but somehow, I don’t aware it was two beds room with single bed. Not allow to make change anymore. As a result, the sleeping quality is not good. The service counter need us to cancel the reservation and rebook in front of counter. If so, I will totally double pay for my reservation fee with full amount and pay extra price for the same hotel. It is listen learn to check my booking reply first. Other than this, the property is very good.

We we’re “upgraded” from a superior twin room to a sort of lover’s room. Resulting in one sleeping on a big double bed. The other on a bed for a child. What was very convenient is the parking space in front of the hotel. It provided shelter from the rain while unloading. There is also a parking lot on a lower level. The location is great. A walking distance to the night market. They have blackout curtains (bit outdated though). A tap for boiled water. The room had a big jacuzzi (we didn’t use it though. A very spacious room on the 9th floor. A nice big walk-in shower. Free bottles of water (every day). And snacks, coffee/tea and soda were complimentary. A (separate) movie channel with blockbusters and some Asian movies was a nice feature. You can also log in to your Netflix account to watch movies.

The emergency light above the (only) exit door was constantly shining brightly. We were provided with towels for bathing. And three disposable sanitairy towels for hands and face. Which was new for us. Maybe that is not that sustainable. Sometimes the WiFi while watching was resetting a few times. The child bed was for a tall adult a bit too small.

Close to train station. The breakfast was really good, a wide variety of food.The ladies at the reception were helpful and polite. I liked our corner room. It looked more like a small apartment. The tv was working well and had a lot of channels. It was a smart tv. There was a hot water dispenser so no need to wait for the kettle to boil water. We would stay here again.

The website photo shows the hotel from the back entry but it seems to be the main entry. Nice clean ally instead of the dug up and in the process of upgrading front footpath. The other thing is the very small size of the bathtub. It’s ok for taking shower but not for soaking.

Breakfast was awesome. Traditional Taiwanese mixed with western hot selections. Room was very spacious and CLEAN!!!! Staff were friendly and helpful!

A/C was too cold. It was very hard to set your own temperature since everything is based on the mainframe. I guess it wouldn't be a problem if this was during the Summer but during the late spring time probably alittle too cold if you cannot adjust your own temperature.

Friendly staff, the room had a good size and the bathroom had enough space too (just not enough hangers for the towels). There's a good number of shops and places to get food around. Laundrette is a few blocks away. Kaohsiung Station is right around the corner.

The view was just to the neighbouring building but that's rather typical in Taiwan.

There is a wide variety of breakfast choices, and they are delicious! The staff is nice as well! The location is very convenient to the train station and other tourist hotspots nearby. The room is spacious with a proper desk so I could read and do stuff in the room. Very relaxing environment and I will stay there again next time when I visit.

Very convenient location close to Kaohsiung train station, nice small eateries nearby. Maybe the best hotel breakfast I had in Taiwan before (if you like Taiwanese style breakfast :) ). Room has everything you need even for a longer stay (small wardrobe, fridge, small desk, hot water dispender).

The bed was too soft for me and the pillow to hard. Sometimes there was a strange smell in the room, not sure if this came from aircon or from bathroom drainage.

The room is big enough for 4 people, the room was clean. The staff were so nice to us.

The bathroom is big which I like a lot but we need to take a shower in the bathtub and the water was flooding on the floor since the curtain and the position of the shower is not suitable but it could be ignored if compared to the other good things.

I loved the breakfast buffet very much. It has some authentic Taiwanese food that I crave and can't get often in the USA.

Shower head is too high for my height. I can't adjust it, and the water would flow out of the tub.
