The staff were kind. The rooms were large and comfortable. There is a huge shared space to enjoy.

It’s quite a big hotel but it only has one lift. When I went to check out (from the 7th floor) I waited 25 minutes for the elevator, I had to let 5 full cars go before I could get on. No room servicing on a 4 night stay which means the bins can build up and be quite smelly. I had two cockroaches try their chances as a result. If they left spare bin liners in the room this would help.

Great little single rooms lodging. Very nice staff. Very clean. There were some amazing restaurants nearby on the street that has the greenway in the middle (like a 10 minute walk). Fun decor, though maybe slightly posed. Their waiting area on the second floor was great - fun. The staff were very accomadating with arriving early and waiting up there, or stashing bags up there.

The elevator would get busy, so you might have to wait for it during peak check out time for example. It was a little farther from the train station for walking than I would have liked going with a group / with luggage.

room is clean, not huge but big enough for a family of three. Good location, 15min walk from the train station, 5min bike ride. staff are friendly. the lounge at second floor is filled with snack, which is great. there’s a youbike station nearby, makes it pretty easy to get around.

elevator is a bit small. Although there’s a sign says ‘ housekeeping at work from 9:30, please be patient’, it’ll still be good to have a bigger or another elevator.

Stuff was extremely polite and friendly. Check in smooth. Bob helped us out and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. We liked the design and free bikes were absolutely awesome to have for a day.

Area where the hotel is located is a bit dirty, lots of traffic. Rooms are kinda small and I would not recommend a stay for more than 2 nights. Bikes were a bit old and did not function as they should which can be a bit dangerous on the road, would be good to invest in new ones. Overall a bit overpriced for what one gets :)

Good location , but a small walk to Tainan Train Station (10-15 min). Might have some share-scooters available depends on your luck :-). We got a good discount and upgrade from booking.com, and the room was much bigger than our imagination! 24hr lounge and free drinks/sweets available, good to spend some time chatting with friends.

Only 1 small slow lift at this hotel so you might need to wait a bit during peak hour (eg check out time 8-10am)

The room was simply and clean. Great value for money. The staff were nice and helpful with taxis. Overall, a very nice experience

Nothing really. Pretty much the reviews are quite good. So, it was excellent value for money. Bathroom was quite big, and beds were comfortable. The elevator is a bit small, but that's hardly a compliant.

Not fr away from the training station. The bed is comfortable, clean and the water pressure in the shower is great. You can store the luggage in the lobby and the lounge on the 2nd floor is conveninent.

The aircon was too strong and not adjustable. The remote looks working but it actually changes nothing.

It would be good to have a breakfast option as there is a lounge room on second floor. The lounge room has free biscuits which is great , but a tea and coffee machine would compliment it

they didn't provide breakfast but we love they provided some snack and drink on 2nd floor meeting area. That is really kind and nice.

If they can improve bike quality and provide more bikes will be surplus.

The hotel provides tables and chairs at their lobby and allows their customer to eat there. That is very kind of them. We enjoyed the food we bought from the night markets at the comfort of the hotel environment.

Breakfast is not available. Will be great if there is option for breakfast.
