Nice room and room size is good for 2 pax sharing. Free instant noodles and water per day per room. Daily housekeeping and staff is nice and helpful. Suitable for family stay and location is good !

One of the toilet (shower room) clogged during last day of our trip and luckily the staff on duty still around to help to resolve the issue. In any case, guest may call emergency number for urgent matters when staff off duty.

I came here after two nights in a very dirty hotel and was so happy to stay in such a fresh and clean place. The room was so comfy, clean and cozy. The staff were super friendly and English-speaking. The shared kitchen with a coffee machine and water refill was a bonus! Also different foods, cups, places and cutlery available. The location was great as well. Easily accessible on foot from the Tainan main station and close to many temples and sights. It was nice that I could leave my bags before check-in and after check-out. It was the cheapest option of this quality that I could find in this location.

The only downside was that the doors and walls seemed quite thin and so you could hear everything in the hallway. The people in the room next to me were a bit loud (like talking in the middle of the night and constantly someone knocking on their door for some reason) and it woke me up even though I slept with earplugs. But this is absolutely not the fault of the hotel but of the guests in question who were just not polite enough to stay quiet during the night.

No windows in our room ( but the the air condition and ventilation was good, not a big problem) The baggage deposit before/after check Inn/out means just leaving the bags in the entrance hall. So they did not seem to be really surveyed. However, not many other people go to the 6th floor

Really love this stay. It is a hostel type accommodation but we don't hear much noise. Nice common room area but we didn't really use it as we were there only for 2 nights. Kids said we should stay longer. The twin room is more spacious compared to the double room. Sink in the double room is outside of the bathroom. Beds are comfortable and amenities are complete. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tainan.

Hotel has very good location, near nice places with food and close to sightseeing spots. Snack bar and available washer + dryer was difinitely huge amenity. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ceiling in the bathroom was too low, made it harder to wash hair. Also widnow doesn't open. Room was a little too small for 3 people with luggage - we were sitting on the floor. AC needs dusting.

It's a lovely hotel, very new and clean, with all the amenities of a hostel, but none of the noise :) We particularly appreciated the coin laundry and the complimentary instant ramen. The staff was super helpful too!

Loved the comfortable room and common spaces. The room came with free waters, instant noodles, and snacks. The common spaces are really nice to hang out in.

Our shower had a broken part but we were moved to a new room right away when staff were on duty in the morning

The staff was so helpful and patient with where to go and how to get there. The beds were bunk beds but super comfortable. Room is quiet and the location excellent for seeing the old side of Tainan and have access to the fresh market. We loved it.

The location is convenient, the eating and shopping area are close by, and the train station is about 15 mins walk. Staff are friendly, and the room is clean. Overall, we are happy to stay there.

A lot of style. Room was great with view on the city. Room was very nice and tidy. Bottle of water and instant noodles available for free in the room! Staff was just alright, could be better.
