As soon as you enter, the staff on the first floor welcome you and guide you to reception, offering a very pleasant iced tea after your journey to arrive. A very warm welcome from reception, a spacious, clean and perfectly equipped room. A perfect relaxation area, with everything available on site. A pleasant pool with a lovely view. Everything has been thought of for visitors. Breakfast is a large and varied buffet, both sweet and savory. Perhaps the 10 a.m. opening time is a bit tight, but understandable since the place welcomes visitors for lunch. Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel, if I get the chance, I'll be back.

Amazing view from the room despite facing the eastern side of hotel. Would imagine it is greater one if facing the west (Taipei city view side). Buffet breakfast is EXCELLENT

Inaccurate translation or unclear definition among the different room types that may confuse visitors during the check-in process. in some types of the rooms , the customers can check in at the executive office at top floors rather than ground floor lobby. No type C socket available in the room.

My friend and I stayed in a twin-room: it was spacious and bright, with great views and the beds were very comfortable. We were given complementary access to the lounge for one of the days we were staying there, and it provided us with excellent food and drink, with very hospitable staff. We also ate in the restaurant on the second floor one evening, which had a superb buffet and drinks selection. The hotel is very well located next to metro lines and has good access the shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor swimming pool and sauna areas. The staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend for a stay in Taipei.

VIP room available during the stay for food and drink with additional payment. Can be totally relaxed during the whole stay there. Parking lot is very spacious and convenient . Can drive in and out any time without worrying about no place to park the car. Morning buffet is of a great variety. It is a modern/clean/new hotel. VIP room and night service staff was kind.

Smell from the parking basement. Frequent Visitor(?) took the nuts out without using tongs in the VIP room.

Dinning establishments. I went Island Buffet and The Orient restaurants and both denied to serve me because they had no availability, nowhere did it state that I needed to reserve a table. Please keep in mind that I was a SINGLE customer. Surely they had a table for ONE! this was very disappointing to say the least. I was forced to leave the premises in order to have dinner.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable and everything was brand new!!! Loved the stand alone bathtub so much. And the buffet breakfast was amazing too.

It’s a bit of walk to the station. The laundry service was way too expensive! If they can offer a laundry room like that’d be even better.

Nice and clean facilities. All staffs from ladies at the sauna to front desk are professional, smart and kind. I could make good memories with my grandma. Thank you to make wonderful moment; my first and last traveling with her.

For the TIMTOS exhibition this is an ideal Hotel. Perhaps why level of guests are high during exhibition more restaurants are needed,

not enough common areas to sit for meetings / bars
