During our stay, one of my wife’s small personal items was accidentally taken away with the bed sheets during housekeeping. Needless to say, the housekeeping staff were always very kind and careful in their work. Since the item was small and white, it was easy to overlook and get mixed up with the linens. So I do not think this was their fault. When we called the front desk, at first they could not locate it. But after I asked them to check more carefully, the manager personally took responsibility and searched through the sheets until he successfully found it. As a gesture of apology, the hotel kindly offered us fruit, wine, and one complimentary breakfast. Both the housekeeping team and the manager handled the situation with great sincerity and professionalism, and thanks to them, we enjoyed our stay with peace of mind. We were delighted with the thoughtful service. We highly recommend this hotel for families, and we look forward to staying here again.

The staff was very cooperative and friendly. Breakfast had many choices and the room was spacious and comfortable enough. The facilities in general look great.

Double charge on my credit card for the room, took some time for the staff to explain why and I hope it will be resolved. Only one toaster for the bread is not enough. Juices are not fresh, they are from a box. One of the ladies who refills the water was putting ice cubes in the drinking water using her hands!!! Price is quite expensive for Taipei and the overall experience.

A bit awkward that we found baby's pants and socks which are not belonging to us. The parking was scary with many many many turns.

The breakfast is fantastic in its quality, quantity, and service. One would not be able to expect anything more.

One day I requested for a breakfast carry-out box with a cup of coffee. However, I was told - and without any explanation - that the coffee cannot be included in the carry-out box. It seemed to me that a carry-out coffee can be easily prepared and all other hotels do that, but I was left in the dark without knowing why.

The hotel is situated in a very good location. Right outside the hotel is a shopping mall where there are lots of restaurants. The hotel is also just above the train station that makes it very convenient to go to and from the airport (Terminal 1 and 2).

The key card to activate the lift allows you to press different floors. It should only allow you to go to the floor where the room is located. Just a suggestion.

Rooms are big for 4pax with 2 large beds and enough space for luggage. The bath room is also spacious with bathtub. Looks quite new and feels like a 5 star hotel. Plenty of options for breakfast. We couldn't have sit down breakfast on the last day and hotel kindly packed for us take away breakfast. Each of us has a paper bag with fruits, sandwiches, salad, juices - so very thoughtful. The concierge provided box and tape to pack our shopping :) The location is not exactly near to night market but there's train station there for easy travel.

Super convenient, just a few stops away from the hustle and bustle. Malls, grocery store, mrt, hsr, all attached. 3 kids and lots of luggages so I wanted to avoid taipei main station at all cost. Mrt was packed pretty much all hours of the day (went during holiday so lots of tourists) so did HSR to taoyuan and very clear instructions getting to airport.

Excellent service and great cocktails at the bar on level 7. It was a go to place most nights with well priced drinks of a descent size. Great value. Great service by front of house. Downstairs concierge staff were great giving our go to location and ringing taxi. Very helpful.

Would love outside courtyard to be open but it had renovations going on.

Nice hotel. Thoughtful provided a cake for birthday guests. Bed comfortable.convenient as near all the stations like metro, high speed rail, local fast rail. Clean and comfortable stay.

Floor a bit stained but clean otherwise..the flow of water accumulated a bit at bathtub n pillow soft. Expected a bit more for the amount but overall still a very good stay.

Room service was very good, as well as location next to mall and transportation.

The lobby is tiny, clearly not a place one wants to linger. About 4 seats with backrest. Gym could use a rowing machine, and the hotel could use a pool.
