The staff were very helpful. They let me stay in the meeting space a few hours before my check in and they kept my luggage after check out so I could go visit the Lovers' Lake and the beach in Keelung. The breakfast had many different options, including vegan options everyday. Many options were different on each day. I as a vegan enjoyed coffee with soy milk, rice with fried vegetables, noodles with fried vegetables and nice sauce, fried onions/potato/sweet potato, fried and nicely seasoned tofu, traditional taro buns, and a nice salad bar. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom had a nice tub with a window with a view of the TV. There were grocery shops nearby.

The lobby was not so beautiful and it did not have couches, but only chairs. There was no cafe at the hotel to meet with out-of-hotel guests for a coffee or tea. The meeting/conference room was not visually nice. There are bus stations right in front of the hotel but their routes and frequency were not very good for access to downtown. The nearest metro station was 10-15 min away, walking.

I'd like to thank Mrs. Elis, She is a staff member who called me because I was late in my check out, she ask me if when I'm going back, I told her maybe 40 minutes she informed me that I'll be charge 400nt per hour. It passed 12nn when we got back. I was in a hurry, but she told us that it's alright not to move out quickly and take our time. I love this hotel. They're understanding. They didn't charge me for our delayed checkout. I also love their bathroom . Very accompanied and the place is acceptable, has two convenient store outside. For commute, there's a lot of bus.

Television shows: should add more english channel so that foreigner enjoy their stay in the room. Room Temperature: I change the temperature, but i can feel it's still the same.

Spacious room with a balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and esthetically pleasing. Near bus stops. Comfortable beds, good natural lighting from the balcony door. A cute nook with soft cushioning. The bathroom size is decent. Good water pressure and heating.

There were lots of mosquitos in the room. An oddly placed fuse box on the floor, could be easily kicked open. It's further away from the MRTs than expected. It's about a 15-minute walk to the closest MRT. WC space was a little cramped, and the tissue holder is placed behind the toilet.

Super clean, staffs are all friendly and helpful. They even have filtered water for the guests to refill drink bottles on the ground floor. I was on the top floor and that made me feel even more comfortable! The lifts are all effective to use.

The sound insulation is not that great so occasionally can hear next door neighbors' talking, have to knock their door to let them keep quiet at nighttime.

The hotel is a very nice one. Position wise it is on the Easter border of the town, thus not very close to the main sights. It is near Bannan subway line (and despite the name, it's closer to Kunyang station rather than Nangang station). Bannan line is the direct link to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Taipei Railway station. Rooms are large and comfortable, and so is the bathroom.

Spacious, clean, quiet! We always love staying in the area which is a bit outside of city centre and checkinn Nangang is the place. We had very nice sleep for our long haul flight back to the US. And it’s affordable, we will stay with checkinn Nangang again.

The price is good and the room is large for a single traveller. The bed is comfortable. The bath room facilities are good.

A little bit far from the metro, but it is a walkable distance. There are stains on the carpets. Can hear other people’s talking while they walking in the corridor.

Good value for money, helpful and friendly staff, room was clean, comfortable and spacious, easy self check-inn. Location of the hotel is in a relatively quiet area of Taipei

Wonderful hospitality and warm staff. 　My boses had a truly relaxing and enjoyed the stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next business trip.
