we chose the biggest room, and it was BIG. The bathroom was very nice, and it came with a nicely sized bathtub. the water pressure was great! daily housekeeping and every second (or third day...?) bedsheet changing. the breakfast was great, lots of variety. the bed was super comfy too.

it wasnt their fault I guess, but during one of the housekeeping days, my small hugging pillow went missing. it mustve been taken accidentally as it was under the bedsheets. So the housekeepers must have gathered the sheets along with my small pillow. it wasn't an expensive pillow, but i was a bit sad it went missing and they couldn't find it.

The whole package was value for money. Breakfast was simple yet it had all the major dietary requirements fulfilled. On the day of my check out, I had an early flight to catch and hence had requested if the hotel could prepare a simple breakfast of bread and butter. Not only they exceeded my expectations by giving more than I had asked but also packed a delicious Taiwanese Black Tea as well. It was a wonderful experience indeed. The location being so close to Nangang Metro lines and other major transportation means is indeed a great bonus.

Nothing. Everything was exceptionally good that I couldn't find a single item that I didn't like.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a buffet style and nice. Close to public transportation. We arrived early and the staff was able to hold onto our luggage until we checked in. The staff also provided us some belts for our luggage for free.

Not much to write here. The only thing I thought was strange was that we needed to collect our own slippers and toothbrush kits before going up stairs to our room.

Room was clean, neat and well presented. Facilities in the room were excellent, including a USB charging socket. The staff were helpful, polite and accommodating - and they were happy for me to have my (clean) bicycle in the room, which was great. They responded very quickly to any enquiries I had prior to my visit.

The breakfast had many hot options. These were Asian focussed - which of course is completely reasonable for a hotel in Taipei, and the selection they offered is probably perfect for local guests. My own breakfast preferences are muesli/fruit/yogurt. There was cereal, but limited to cornflake-type cereal. There was fresh fruit, yogurt and milk, which was great - and there was simple toast and jam (or mini-croissants). There were simple teabags and a coffee urn. So, overall, breakfast was perfectly OK, but not outstanding (for my own particular tastes, that is).

Great location for exhibition attendance and next to rail options which was very convenient. The staff were very efficient and I did like that they had additional amenities available for water instead of putting out bottles.

The carpet in our room was stained and a bit unpleasant. There was no soap for the hand basin which was very inconvenient. Could possibly provide a liquid hand soap there. The shower leaked majorly but we were only there for 1 night.

well located, a 5 min walk to Nangang Station, where you have access to the MRT & HSR. Citylink Mall is right on top of Nangang Station. Food are abundant and so are shopping for clothes.

the pillows are way too soft and getting an additional did not help. we stayed in a triple room and requested for 3 extra pillows, but they were able to provide 2 only. the room temperature is also too cold, i understand there was an unexpected cold front, but the hotel can help to maybe raise the central controlled room temperature higher.

Breakfast was nice with a good variety. I like it too that it is only 500m away from the Nangang station. There is a Family Mart close by hence you can buy snacks and drinks if required. The room also comes with 2 bottles of mineral water which they replenish daily.

I can smell cigarette smoke coming through the aircon vent. There were 2 out of the 3 nights that the smell was quite strong and I had trouble sleeping.

Breakfast is good. Just a 6-10 min walk to Nangang Station and a shopping mall with food court and restaurants in the upper levels - really handy if you don’t feel like going into downtown Taipei for the day.

The bath tub has a tendency of letting water running down its edges due to a poor design. Evidence of water leaking into the room from the water mark on the carpet.

First time I stay. Room is spacious and clean, reception staff is very helpful, the room decor and design is excellent and feel very cozy.

The hotel can't even provide glasses. Only limited items can be provided like ice but no glasses. These are very basic items that hotel guest may request but not available.

Excellent location: close to good food and convenient public transportation (Nangang station). Helpful staff.

Breakfast was poor: cold, low quality.
