Semi self-service hotel for good autonomy from customers. Front desk staff was very friendly and provided any supplies when asked.

We stayed for 9 nights and requested housekeeping services once every 2 to 3 days. However, housekeeping did not make or fix the bed linens and comforter. Sometimes, the housekeeping forgot to replenish supplies. But when we asked for it at the front desk, the staff was very friendly and gave the supplies to us with no problem

The staff went beyond making my stay enjoyable and worry free each and every day. Can’t say enough other than had this sense of me as a member of my family.

Towards the end of my stay. I was so concern about my departure time of my flight. I needed a taxi for 4 AM to the airport. That morning, I was packed and strolled to the front desk and was informed that the driver is outside and ready to take me off to the airport. So many good people at every turn. Just wish a hug to everyone in remembrance.

The Hotel was conveniently a 9-min walk to my sport venue, Taipei Tennis Courts! Excellent location! Attendants were extra professional to assist in all matters needed (transportation, repairs, extra amenities)!

Bed was a bit too stiff, hard, for me, and difficult to get comfortable in it.

When you travel to NeiHu Taipei, this place should be your first choice. Its rooms are spaceous, even you can jog around in the room. It is clean and won't break your pocket. The hotel has its own parking basement, you will feel grateful especially in Taipei.

Nothing to complain, it is the best budgeted hotel in NeiHu, Taipei.

The location right next to where we go.

We've stayed in the hotel for 4 days and need to extend our stay for one more day, which was from 9 to 10 November. This extra day cost us almost the same price of the previous 4 day stay. Not very impress, otherwise everything else was good.

The room is big and clean. Mrs Zhu is lovely and always helps you. We really liked our stay!

The position is not central, but you can take buses which are frequent and near the hotel!

Location was awesome and the receptionist was so helpful with advices where to and where not to go. Gave us great tips for places and wrote down the instructions to the taxi driver. Very helpful and kind.

The room is spacious but the furnitures and the deco are quite worn out. It was not like super clean but just acceptable. The price and the location made up the deficiency.

The parking lot entrance is electronically controlled but when we go out we have to go to the front desk and ask for manually gate opening. That is something the hotel can improve.

as the hotel is located near the hospital, thus you will hear a lot of ambulance

The staff was very cooperative. Helps a lot on providing perfect information a guest requires.
