Amazing friendly staff make your stay really special. Beautiful place with an ocean view.

The culture, the food , the rooms and the activities. They made our whole stay at the resort memorable with their kindness and friendliness. We booked for a bed and breakfast and when we wanted to upgrade to full board the manager offered to upgrade us without any cost to us. They planned a beautiful dinner for us which was beautiful and delicious. if you looking for a place to stay this is definitely the place, the views are breathtaking and if you have no activities lined up the staff will keep you busy with their in -house activities. Definitely coming back with my family

There was nothing, I loved everything

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, the food was amazing with always a lot of variety at all meals. Our rooms got cleaned everyday and they helps us organising activities.

The air conditioning wasn’t great so the rooms were often hotter inside than out. If you are wanting to explore the island it isn’t the best spot to stay as you have to travel quite far in the car to get everywhere.

One ot the best beaches I have visited and what a lovely experience. The facility is really nice and well thought out. Lots of activities not only within the hotel premises but also great linkages with the community. The school visit, the cultural connection was so amazing. The cuisine meets every expectation. What a lovely and very dedicated and professional staff the hotel has! Shaban, you and your team are doing a great job which brings value for money. It was nice connecting with staff such as Alex, another Shaban, Stella, Jonathan and apologies for other names I can't quite recall. But the teamwork is amazing. The Karaoke session was heartwarming. It was a perfect place for our honeymoon which we kept it a secret to the management but still got the service as if they had been informed. Unforgettable experience indeed. We will certainly be back. Kudos to Pearl Beach

In fact, I'm happy, in general, the workers and the management are good, happy and funny people

I like their service, like when you have a problem, they serve you at the right time, also the reception received us with great joy

It’s a big area with nice bungalows, we had villa just in front of the beach spectacular view..everything was magical there nice pool, restaurant , bar .. very nice friendly people trying to assist you all the time.. especially one young lady who is doing pastas while dinner she is smiling all the time fills you with compliments,calming athmoshere with astonishing view on the bay, you feel like world turns around you..

Consider to have cash otherwise if you pay by card you’ll be charged 5 % of the total amount and I suggest everyone to pay after each order otherwise by check out the whole magical holidays could be spoiled .. I found out lots of bills and wasted more then hour sorting out..

I believe the heart of this place are the people running this hotel. They were some minor hickups but always solved quickly and kindly. We never experienced such a special compensation from the hotel management, thank you for the perfect dinner & suprise. Actually we have enjoyed all meals as well.

Wifi worked only at restaurant area - however finally we realized this is not such a big problem at all. More time to enjoy the view 😉

The white bath towels I received were really old and stained. At times, communication with staff at reception was poor, from organizing my airport transfer to getting my luggage sorted. The road leading up to reception is terrible. Once you get off the main road, there's more than 1km drive on gravel with lots of potholes. Worse when it's been raining.

Stunning views from the hotel. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel made sure that Xmas Eve and Xmas day were special. The large infinity swimming pool was a bonus as swimming in the sea is very dependent on the tides and the coral reef

Rooms need some modernisation/renovation. They did not give us Ocean view room as they said Booking.com and their booking system had miscommunicated & overbooked. However they did upgrade us to all inclusive as compensation but not very satisfactory as we had booked 4 months in advance.

First expression started with staff’s welcoming. The location is superb. There was a rainy day during my stay but i love a unique vibe from the restaurant view. As it is in eastern part of Zanzibar, my very first seeing of Dawn view from the Indian Ocean. I want to come back again. Ciao!
