Really friendly staff, super clean, well maintained

The Masai people at the beach I personally found a bit intrusive. Every time I wanted to take a swim in the ocean they would talk to me for 15 minutes, asking a lot of questions like if I was married or alone. With the hotel security around I felt safe though.

We loved all the facilities & the selection of restaurants available. We also loved that fresh towels were available everyday including beach towels.

The staff at the bar weren’t very friendly when we had some concerns about their shisha. The rest of the staff were always exceptional & happy to assist. No Wi-Fi in the rooms were slightly uncomfortable but nevertheless forced us to be present and one with nature.

Beach. Liked the different daytime workouts and activities and the nightly entertainment.

Pool was salty 😀 One pool could be a freshwater pool. The tennis court should be maintained more. Constantly watering, the lights were broken, etc

I booked Sea facing room but they give me in middle Which I was not happy.

The food in the main restaurant is not value for money. The buffet costs $35 a night per person not including drinks if you are not inclusive and the food is just okay. There was loud construction work occurring throughout the day beside the pool area , although this is likely due to it being low season

Theme nights are the excellent.

Lack of Wi-Fi in rooms,

It is easy to get to the hotel on the main road. The rooms and the hotel area were very nice and had a lot to offer (huge chess, pool table, tennis court, private botanic garden, massai village, some amazing pools etc.) Especially the beach area is perfect for any kind of relaxing or activities. There is always access for taking a swim in the sea due to a jetty. If you are a good swimmer you can also swim to a little reef behind the jetty to do some snorkeling. The breakfast was superb and we were offered an amazing variety we have not experienced before.

The service should be improved. They only let us check-in after asking several times. Also there was a cocktail on our bill we did neither drink nor order. Our friends that were staying with us at the same time had the same problem. Complicated process to get a beach towel via cards you have to hand over to the staff and a fee of 30 Dollars in case you lose one of these cards.The gym has seen better days and some equipment is no longer useable.

"We were upgraded to a bungalow with a sea view, and it was fabulous, with incredible views. Breakfast was quite good, varied, and fresh. There are three pools; we tried two of them, and the poolside bars are fantastic with reasonable prices. There are sunbeds and Balinese beds on the beach. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, with a special mention to Mary, the girl who worked at the ice cream shop and who served a donut to my daughter every afternoon. The restaurant 'The Rock' is right on the beach, just a short walk away. There are many vendors, but they are not pushy at all."

Found the meals to be expensive; fortunately, there are good alternatives within a short walk. The juice glasses at breakfast are very, very small; we had to go back several times to refill. The beach is not the best place to stay; it has a snorkeling area, but many tourist boats pass by, and it's not very comfortable to be there.

I liked the location and the friendly staff

All inclusive is an illusion. Many things were not included and they were exeptionally expensive. We were 4 people in a beach bungalow. 1 bed was very small and placed in the far end from the noisy AC under an even more broken and noisy fan so We slept 3 persons in a double bed 🫤

The beach in front of the resort is good to explore. Some corals were growing and I saw lots of fish. Staff was generally very kind and helpful. Good resort with a scale.

They need the renovation of the swimming pool. Tiles were broken in several places. The wifi and telephone generally didn't work. For example, except for the arrival date, wifi never worked in the bed. Too many mosquitoes, so I couldn't enjoy the beach bed. They need a shoes and feet shower for each beach bungalow, otherwise rooms will be flooded with sands.
