Amazing holiday - the staff is awesome, so attentive, and kind people. The rooms were cleaned daily, and it was top-notch. The breakfast is quite simple, but delicious: eggs, pancakes with syrup, and jams - however the dinner was out of this world. So many options to choose from, and all taste 10/10, especially the fish tartare on mango - also, the portions are huge, so you won't feel hungry anymore. The view is also spectacular, but I would like to mention the staff - I have been to many places, but the staff here was the best I have ever met - all kind, attentive and also funny people.

There were some power outages, but that is not the fault of the property, but the general infrastructure - the longest took around 2 hours, so that is not that big of on issue. Besides of that, I can't mention anything that I did not like.

This hotel is the best place for a quiet vacation in Zanzibar. We stayed here for five nights and thought every day that this was our place. The staff is young, helpful, attentive and caring. Always welcomes and accompanies with a smile. The food was super. The host Antonio took care of our experience on the island. Since we had a car, he pointed out places to see. And where you can't go by car, he ordered excursions for us. The internet was very weak, but sometimes it's good to be away from the world. Highly recommend, you don't be disappointed. But don't forget - this is Africa.

Breakfast was great, coffee, tea, freshly made juice, fruits, pancakes, toast, eggs the way you like and sometimes even croissants. Personel was so sweet, comforting, kind and helpfull. Remo and Nasra awaited us, Anna and Zusheina helped us in the restaurant and bar, The food was freshly made and the best we had in Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar. Ali kept us safe at night and learned me more Swahili. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned thoroughly every day by Catharina, Inez and Maria. The location and the view is amazing. We even got the seaview room when it was available from the owner I really recommend this little gem with their 3 rooms.

I wish we could have stayed longer!

We felt perfect and exceptional the whole time thanks to the great team of people who took care of us. Great food, clean accommodation, great staff, girls, security, facilities, owner.. you will all be in my memory forever... a wonderful place, exactly for a vacation where you want to relax. Sunrise right from the apartment. I will miss all of that. If I come back, it will definitely be right here. We will definitely see each other again. Asante sana🙏❤️

Today we left the hotel after 8 days I have no words to describe what this amazing team did there to give us the most fun vacation ever Lily, an amazing woman, always and always took care of everything that was needed, that we ate on time, always with a smile It was very difficult for me to leave there thanks to her The amazing Remo who was always at our service and took us on a tour and made sure we had a good time, always with a wide smile and joy, he and Lily organized a surprise for my husband's birthday, brought cake and wine and threw him a little party at the bar, it was really exciting to see how the whole team danced and sang with us The driver on the first day saw that I was lying (I didn't bring a top) and got me a top from the city Anna always with a smile and joy of life And the food, what food!!!! There are no such things on the island, I came to the hotel following recommendations about the food and I was really happy to see that I was not wrong Everything is clean and shiny!! The most delicious food on the island, served at the same time hot and fresh We were not ready to miss any meal at the hotel, even if we went on trips, my husband told me he wanted to go back to the hotel to eat My post is long but definitely not enough to describe this amazing experience Team number one, thanks to him we had an amazing trip I will return there with my children soon

Lovely place to stay in Zanzibar and perfect spot for sunrise. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

The only issue for us was the food menu as there was not a lot of options other than fish which neither of us liked but the staff and chef were very accommodating and would make other options if they had the supplies. There was no cider on the drinks menu only lager so the manager even went to the wholesaler to purchase some and we only paid the cost 😍

The staff is amazing, the accomosation is imamculately clean. The breakfast is plenty and delicious, the garden is tidy and well taken care of, the ocean is right at the end of the garden. Beautiful accomodation.

The location is dissapointing. If you literally take 5 steps out from the hotel to the village it is the poorest slums that you have ver seen. Just walking to the local store and back is an unsettling experience, with kids bagging for food etc. People are generally friendly, but it is just not a nice enviroment outside.

Right on the beach. Able to go swimming, walk on the beach, and sit back and relax. Staff were very helpful. Place clean. Small hotel with only 4 rooms. Felt very special.

The swimming pool needs some work. The water pressure is low and the shower heads need replacement as they are blocked.

First, The quality of the staff who was so so so Kind and available for taking care that you’re enjoying everything but the most important is that they was doing it without disturbing you or making you uncomfortable. Secondly we had all the necessary materials and everything was remarkably clean. Thirdly, security was completely there 🤩

Not big think! Just the variety of food because I would have liked to have the possibility of eating chicken/beef/african food. But also having a TV(maybe just at the the bar) for us who could watch football sometimes

This was a very last minute booking. Just to have a roof over my head for 2 nights In such cases, there's really not much to expect. I still regret not blindly booking my entire stay there. Sofia Sea view is one of the hidden gems on the Island. Right at the white sandy beach; something they don't even mention but should. The team on the ground: Friendly, respectful,, dedicated and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is above pleasant. Remo literally ran up and down with me to make sure I had a roof over my head post Sofia view. The owners of Sofia are a true gem. Reached out to offer alternative accommodation at a sister facility(which is extremely amazing and a good stay but good for families or or group stays).I am a very fussy character and we must believe me when I say EVERYTHING at Sofia view is top notch. I lost and left my heart in Pwani Mchangani @Sofia view. My review is basic and Standard . The best review is the experience that no words can express. And yes,once you stay there, you become family. Definitely going back in February 2023
