Superb breakfast, so much choice. Excellent team of staff, always friendly, smiley and helpful. Beautiful grounds and centrally located, easy to get to restaurants, beach and other facilities. We had a wonderful stay.

The bed was rock hard, just like sleeping on a wooden table - I did ask before we arrived for a mattress topper, which wasn't on the bed but, we requested from Bee at reception and ended up with 2 mattress toppers, this made the bed slightly better. Not a major complaint as I know the comfort of a bed is a personal thing. The hotel needs some TLC, the swimming pool tiles are coming off and a water feature doesn't work but, this didn't distract from our visit.

Really lovely hotel and staff. Exceeded my expetations. Sister hotel of Bhandari resort. We could have used services there too but liked more the athmosphere on Oriental side which was for adults only. The pool and breakfast restaurant were not crowded at all althought the hotel was fully booked. Selection at the breakfast was really good. Sunbeds were always available. Close to all services and beach. We spent four first nights with the pool view and three with the pool access. Both rooms were similar except the balcony or terrace. We liked both. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Smoking seems to be allowed on balcony/terrace but luckily our smoking neighbours did not stay for long.

Staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.Plenty of pools to choose from and beautiful surrounding gardens. breakfast was delicious and varied each day. Chef would also come and greet everyone which was a nice touch. Suzy and Widra(I think) went above and beyond everytime we saw them at breakfast.Bee, Bam,Siddy and New were a great help at reception

We had a neighbour between our friends and us who were constantly smoking weed so when we wanted to use our balcony and they were there we opted not too, which was quite often. The Aircon was also quite finicky, I think it's a bit old. Room cleaning happens quite late...we were out for the day came back and our rooms were not cleaned yet, so we just requested that toiletries and water be replenished and no clean.

The location is wonderful, a short walk from the beach , bars and restaurants. We booked a swim up room which gave us our own space and the lovely staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Whilst I had a relaxing massage, my husband took the cooking class which he throughly enjoyed and I got to help him eat what he’d made .

Every member of the staff, from the room-cleaners to the waiters and waitresses, the chefs in the kitchen, the guards at the entrance and all the people at the reception made the stay in this hotel just wonderful. Hotel and rooms are fantastic. Little things makes this hotel from a very good to a perfect one: f.e. the AC doesn’t blow cold air to your head, but in the room! Thanks lots! And for the first time in my life I got familiar with something called „Netflix“ because the TV! And I really liked it!

Khaolak Oriental Resort for adults is quiet, relaxing and beautiful place for couples. We had room with pool access and it was stunning! Hotel’s location was perfect and customer service also top notch. Special thanks to Bee and Yaya!

Somedays we would like to have cleaning little bit earlier. But you can handle this by calling to reception!

Great value for money. The rooms were spacious & really clean. The breakfast was incredible, so much variety - one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! Hotel had 2 pools and 2 pool bars. Was close to the beach and an easy walking distance away from restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

The temperature of the shower was a nightmare to figure out, was either only hot or only cold.

The staff are unbelievable! So friendly and helpful, I couldn't pick one out as they were all polite, helpful and friendly. I definitely go back to this hotel in a heart beat. Breakfasts were excellent, absolutely no complaints.

I didn't like the fact I had to leave after our 2 weeks there. Can't wait to return!

What a wonderful place! Located close to everything. The Beach a 1min walk and 5min walk to the street with shopping and restaurant. Check in went smoothly and we could also check in a little bit before. Our room was spacious and had a small balcony facing the adult pool (the Long one). Room was clean and had all the aminities you need for the stay. Pool was huge(!) And had two different areas so you always had sunchairs. They provide you with towels. Pool was clean! Breakfast was amazing with a lot to choose from. And the Staff at the breakfast was so Kind and helpful! We ordered Food twice and it was really good so can recommend drinks and Food. Really clean quiet hotel with lot of space. Overall really well spent money! Internet really fast

For my taste I found the bed a little bit too hard. For someone it would be ok, it might Just be a reference. The shower was missing pressure so it was a little bit hard to shower sometimes. Aircondition was a little bit hard to adjust.

breakfast - excellent. Pool was very enjoyable. Room was clean and neat, only problem was with shower - hard to adjust the water temperature - equipment out of date. Very good location and vert relaxing. Found all staff most polite and helpful from Eva at check in to Suzy at breakfast.

Shower system need modernisation.
