We booked very early so we got an amazing deal, therefore the value was incredible. The room by the pool was clean and the staff was amazing. The site is well kept with mature trees and nature.

The hotel is a bit old and it shows in some areas. The breakfast is ok, very focused on asian food.

Proximity to immigration, walking street and other eateries.

The room doesn’t have strong flushing system. It’s a challenge to flush away the poo.

Location excellent. Friendly staff.

Our family absolutely loved this resort on our favourite island Lipe. This resort is terrific for families. Super clean abd large rooms. Our kids loved the enormous pool, which was nice and warm. The resort is beach front and we enjoyed many sunsets, whilst the kids played in the sand and swam. The 'Walking Street' is just a few minutes away, so the location is perfect. The staff were lovely and helpful and our children loved seeing the towel art that housekeeping left them each day. House keeping were great and very generous with towels. This side of the island has a lovely ambience and is protected from stingers. We suggest walking along to the other side of the beach to Sanom Beach. It's stunning, quiet and has no stingers there. It also a great spot for snorkelling. The hotel staff meet you at then port, take your luggage and walk you to the hotel lobby. We recommend for families.

Nothing major, but having an option of softer pillows would be great! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Great location and facilities. Not far to walk from main hub called waling street where cafes / bars restaurants are. It’s peaceful here. Completely on beach. Only traffic is boats. Easy to get to from pier where you arrive. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

I bought a mosquito net. Whilst the hotel provide a burner, for me it was a must. Not everyone needs it. Everything else is great.

Beachfront. Just beside the ferry boat drop off on Pattaya Beach so no need to walk with luggage/backpack. Great beach with nice sandy-bottom swimming and many restaurants. Hotel is located a short beach walk to the walking street with all the restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets during our Christmas vacation. Hotel Pool and pool bar/area clean and well staffed. Great pool for swimming. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bedrooms with AC, TV, and comfortable beds. Definitely recommend! We stayed one week very happily :)

Not many complimentary toiletries; however, shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower. Pillows were a little too large and hard for us. Gym equipment was not great (but as we went swimming, snorkeling, and adventuring we didn’t end up using the gym anyway).

I thought the staff was a bit discourteous. I do realize that since Covid19 there may not have been as many tourists as before but now there were many Thai people coming and that income should allow the hotel to devote more resources to upkeep of the property. Our stay was near the pool in the older part of the hotel and the grass wasn't cut nor the hedges trimmed. Overall the resort was fine in the more public areas but in the area were we stayed maintenance was lax. My real issue is that the pleasant speedboat ride we had experienced on the way to the island was a miserable , bone jarring first 30 minutes of what was scheduled to be a 90 minute return trip to Satun. The wind was up so the waves were a bit high for the 9:30 a.m. return trip and the captain had no regard for his passengers because he charged the waves at such high speeds that we bottomed between most waves and many people were sick while I experienced a hurt back because the jolting was so severe. He made dock 15 minutes prior to the announced arrival time so there was no need to have charged the waves the way he did. Since this is the last memory we have of Lipe and Bundhaya Resort it is very unlikely we will return
