Location was ideal, so close to the beach and walking street. When we first arrived we were surprised by how small the bungalow was however came to realise that it served its purpose and provided an excellent base. The room is small however the bed is huge and very comfortable. Bathroom is compact but OK. AC was the best we've had since arriving in Thailand. Staff are helpful, there are beach mats and towels available which is an added bonus.

Could do with a little more space around the bed and storage is limited. Having said this don't be put off by first impression as it can be made to work so long as you live out of your suitcase!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location couldn’t have been better — we stepped straight off the boat from Langkawi and were just a few steps away. It was just as convenient when we left for Phi Phi, with the ferry pickup point right outside. Being right on the beach was a huge bonus, and we really enjoyed the peaceful setting. We stayed in a cute little private bungalow that was quiet and relaxing. The bed was absolutely massive — easily a California king — which made for super comfortable lounging and sleeping. On top of all that, the staff were so lovely and friendly — they made us feel really welcome throughout our stay.

The only downside was the air conditioning. It didn’t seem to work very well, and we ended up having some rough nights. The room would get freezing cold even when we adjusted the temperature up, so we’d wake up to turn it off. But then it would get too hot, so we’d have to wake up again to turn it back on. It made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Great location,very friendly staff,spacious room and comfortable beds and a very short stroll on the beach to get to the Walking Street.Would definitely stay here again.

When I booked on Booking com it said balcony with sea view.We had neither.The balcony was a landing where all guests to the upper rooms walked to get to their rooms and there was no chairs or table.If I leaned out and looked though the trees I could see the colour of water but I wouldn't call it a sea view.

-Please call them when arrival . They will pickup you at the jetty and help you with the luggage -Check in service also smooth -Room and bed so comfy and the bungalow really give you lil private . -they provided a beach mat/umbrella and also beach towel -snorkelling gear also rent free but upon request -same when check out let them know so that they will provide you tuktuk to jetty again

location just perfect BUT for those carry baby with stroller or anyone using wheelchair there no access road to the hotel you have to walk go through the sandy beach

The staff were very accommodating, they help us with beach chairs, beach mats and towels, right on the beach so close to get around. Big bed, cosy room, hot shower Value for money in this position

We enjoyed our stay and you get what you pay for as price was good, our bungalow floor was a bit spongy - but we would stay again and recommend f to others

- nice little bungalows with a little front porch and plants around - huge bed, air con worked well - very basic bathroom - little outside foot shower very handy - hotel next door closed, so very quiet at night - good location, everything in walking distance

- cleaning service could be improved, lots of hair on the linen - payment by card with an additional 3% although not mentioned anywhere in booking.com - a bit overpriced for Thailand, but maybe ok for Ko Lipe

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They helped us re-arrange our onward plans, and gave us great advice about what to do while on Koh Lipe. Amazing location, literally 5m from the end of the ferry pier on arrival, and less than 1 minute along the beach to the Walking Street (main street with bars & restaurants, dive & boat trip companies, Thai massage, hostels, 7-elevens etc.

We loved the location of this property, right on the beach and a minute from the entrance to Walking Street. The room was basic but clean, comfortable and all we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly and really helpful, we were met at the jetty and someone took our bags from the ferry to the property.

Location right in front of the pier, but very quiet at night. Huge and comfortable bed! Complimentary water and boiler. Very nice staff.

Bed lamps would be much appreciated. Tea and coffe bags for the entire duration of the stay also. Some maintenance in the bathroom needed (faucet and shower)

The hotel is situated directly on the beach and just a short walk from the main street with its restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As noted in several reviews, the Wi-Fi connection is not very reliable. In our case, it didn’t work at all. However, we were there to enjoy the beach, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.
