Location Staff very friendly

3rd time staying here, we really like this resort however definitely needs a few upgrades: Sun loungers around the pool are old, tired and really uncomfortable Bed are rock hard even with a topper Pool water is really hot, like a hot bath, definitely needs to be temperature controlled

Our Bangalow was delightful, only 50-100 meter to go on the beach the room perfectly clean, the stuff are nice and respectful, Delicious breakfast with extra gorgeous view atthe morning, and this is important why I really enjoy to stay at Anda because the White/Ginger CAT, The resort is absolutely tranquille, as an introvert couple we loved Anda Lipe Resort

Pa(Auntie) Mali Who is a Tiktoker, will be in front of my Bangalow and the beach every Morning 6-7AM to live on her tiktok for the sunrise, I understand her job but we paid for the services, the view, and just to be peace at our beautiful resort

The place is very beautifully built with a high attention to detail! The resort has a nice and cozy atmosphere. There is a direct access to the beach with several beach chairs for the hotel’s customers. As acknowledged by someone else already, front of the hotel is the only place by the long beach with no boats. This makes it perfect for swimming.

You can only have A/C on in your room if you have have your key there, which is not great. Ideally A/C would be on while your away so that you don’t have to come to a boiling room. The water pressure in the shower is very poor, it takes time to wash yourself.

Perfect location - beachfront, and 2 min away from the best beach in Koh lipe (in front of 10 moons), I would always go there. Sunbeds at hotel seemed nice but spending there the whole day maybe not because the lack a good restaurant. Also 7 min walking to the walking street, no shady roads on the way. Good service, pickup, drop off and purchasing ferry boat. Internet was good from the room (I worked and connection was stable) Room was spacious and comfortable

AC in the room was very noisy at night Breakfast is bad! Really is for the standards of the hotel - few western options and not good quality, I would recommend always going elsewhere in the Center.

Loved everything about this hotel it exceeded our expectations! Our room was gorgeous and big with a nice balcony, the staff were so friendly and helpful! It was our honeymoon and they decorated the bed lovely ! Breakfast was good pancakes were lovely! Coffee wasn’t great but not the worst either ! A shuttle motorbike is available from hotel when it is needed ! Only negative thing I can think of is that the drinks in the bar were over priced compared to other parts of the island but I suppose it is understandable giving the location ! Thank you for a nice stay

Location was very good as Koh Lipe has become over crowded so only good location is one away from the crowds and noise of the roads. Morning breeze from the beach was welcome during breakfast. Staff very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast had everything you'd want - fresh fruit was appreciated. The coffee machine was pretty good.

The bed was quite hard so I suggest slightly softer mattresses when they're being replaced in future. Also didn't like the noisy guests letting their screaming kids in the pool at night time, when pool is supposed to be closed. Price was a bit high for Thailand but this is what happens when "hidden gems" like this island get discovered and overrun. There should be some limits to growth on this island and it's poor governance that will ruin this place, if nothing is done soon.

Booked the standard with balcony - very spacious room, and comfortable beds. Rooms can get very hot during the day due to many windows, but air con systems are good enough to cool down in the evenings without a lot of noise. Beautiful private beach area with beds available for hotel guests only. Complimentary pick up and drop off to Pattaya beach for our ferry. Great location, close to walking street but away from the noise in the evenings.

It’s a shame the bar closes so early in the evenings as would have been nice to sit to see after coming back from dinner. We were able to sit with our own alcohol and play cards however.

The location is perfect, near shops and restaurants—just minutes from Walking Street. The streets are very narrow, so you have to navigate between other people and the motorcycles/motor bike taxis. The beach water was wonderful (not polluted from all the long tail boats). We had reserved a single king bed, but they gave us 2 double beds, which they pushed together, so it was perfectly fine. The breakfast was great and better than most resorts in this category. Bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds are in Thailand. The staff are amazing and helpful before we even arrived as they have a shuttle service to the resort from the ferry landing. Same with the way back. This resort is truly full service. Just be prepared to spend more money than you would on the mainland since this is such a small island. Restaurant food prices are much higher (200+ baht for a basic Thai dish). The price we got for the room was one of the most affordable on the island, and considering the service, the resort did an amazing job. This is a perfect place for families too.

Some of the fabric beach chairs were collapsing due to wear and tear. But there were plenty of other chairs that were fine.

Lovely place to stay here . Our room.was high up so quite a few steps . Lovely location by the beach ,clean beach towels every day. Breakfast was varied and free coffee and tea till 5pm . Food and beers were reasonable . Staff were plentiful very laid back and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely beach to walk along. Less than 10 mins to walking street Inform the hotel when your arriving at main pier and they'll pick you up. Too far to walk

Could do with a few more sunbeds. But people were putting towels on them and not using them all day very odd

We loved this place! Very good location, 1 minute to the nearest store, comfortable walking distance to pretty much everything, also a private beach without any longtail boats parked right under your nose like everywhere else. Our cottage was very nice, just like in the pictures, nice firm mattress, huge shower "corner". The breakfast buffet had nice options from both eastern and western cuisine. The resort was beautiful with a jungle-like scenery, all amenities available (laundry, ironing, transport, boat trips, beach towels), staff very friendly and attentive, all in all a perfect place to unwind and just relax. Btw free coffee during the day is a nice touch as well.
