Spotlessly clean and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well equipped & the ac/tv/wifi all worked great. Situated at the quiet end of Pattaya beach the apartment is away from all the noise but just a 10 min walk to the action. Sunset beach and Pattaya beach are short walks away. Theres a decent grocery store about half way up walking street (10-15mins away via the beach). The quickest way to apartment from the pier is via the beach, same for accessing walking street.Very welcoming host and friendly atmosphere. Stayed 4 nights and would happily of stayed a lot longer.

The rooms are spacious and very suitable for family vacation. It has a small kitchen with microwave & water boiler. Makes it very convenient to buy snacks from 7-11 and warm them up and eat in the comfort of the room. The aircon is cool enough. The view from the room were spectacular where you can see directly to the ocean. The walk to the beach is less than 3 minutes and they have the seats & umbrella at their beach. They also have a small bucket in the bathroom where our baby can take a bath while we're showering. That was very convenient.

Nothing much. We're very satisfied with our stay.

The room with a great sea view and the Kitchen that is great for staying more than 3 or more days

We didn't like the mistake made by the owner, we booked by booking.com and because I am Genius 3 we got an upgrade to the sea view room. Talking to the owner he gave us a little discount if we pay by cash and I did it when I arrive. But in the same day, they realize that because I got an upgrade by booking, could not give us the cash discount and ask me for more money. That for us was a little wrong, but we paid. And at the end, we liked the place above all this.

The apartments are really nice and well equiped for those who want to use the kitchen. The staff are friendly and always ready to help you in anyway they can. Really enjoyed the stay.

I liked everything, the only less positive aspect is the distance. The apartments are almost at the beach front but on the end of the beach. You need to cross the entire beach to get to the apartments. Not a big deal, but..

A clean, functional apartment just a short walk (2minutes) to a lovely beach, also about 10-15mins walk to walking street. My partner and I stayed and we were doing lots of diving so we didn’t stay in the apartment much but it was perfect for this purpose. The staff were also so helpful and gave us a lift to walking street with our bags.

It was a bit noisy one night with loud music at a bar nearby but we had the AC on which almost drowned this out.

For these prices they have to be the best rooms in Thailand. We miss timed our speed boat to Koh Lipe and phoned the hotel we were coming a day late. They very generously gave us another night at the end of our supposed stay for free. The beach is a short stroll and the reef is only a fifty meter swim from there

We knew it was 1km walk to the main bar/restaurant area of walking street but that is where the nearest shop is too. A long hike if you needed a bottle of water etc.

The price was affordable compared to other accommodation. We took the garden villa. It was just few steps away from the beach. This side of beach is less occupied and gives us more privacy. Room was very clean. They provide free motor taxi to the bundaya pier. Staffs were great.

Great location on beach frontage, at the village end of beach which was nice and quite. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Staff very helpful with washing, taxi's, and restaurant suggetions.

All of it was good, nothing to complain about at all

Clean and very wide room, including kitchen and refrigerator. Excellent and generous stuff. 2 minute walking to the beach and very comfortable bed. Very quiet and peaceful.

Need 8 minutes walking to the walking Street and it is almost the only way to get to the walking Street. The water pressure of the showering is pretty low.
