Great location, right next to the beautiful beach, guests have their private beach area with sunbeds. Bungalows are really cute, everything inside and out made of bamboo (except bathroom). You could really feel beach vibes living like that. Big, comfortable bed with moscito net. Lady host was really friendly and helpful, she recommended us great restaurants, bars and place for massage. She arranged a snorkeling, scuba diving and transfer to ko phi phi for us and was making sure we have everything we need.

The minus is that bungalows are close to the Monkey bar which plays music until 2am so you can hear music sometimes.

Location is perfect, the Green View Beach Resort is located in the best part of Pattaya beach (Koh Lipe is a paradise on earth, literally). The owner is super nice and always ready to help and to provide advices on how to enjoy your stay not only in the village but in the whole island. The resort is peaceful and the bungalows are comfortable and well cleaned. If you consider the ratio between what you pay and what you get, it definitely goes above and beyond. Our bungalow was in the back of the garden and we hadn’t problems with the noise mentioned in the other reviews, however the owner provides earplugs for any kind of noise you could hear during the night. We really recommend this place for whose want to live a wild experience in a peaceful place. We definitely will be back!

Overall we had an absolutely wonderful time on lipe and at green view. Great location. The front of house is a lovely woman. She is a character! very funny 🫶 and they have two gorgeous baby doggies on site. It felt very safe and comfortable. Our time in lipe was paradise. Could have spent a few more days! Thank you 🩵

I would say its maybe a little bit expensive for the basic amenities. Giving beach towels would be nice. For the Bungalows, Maybe some nice soft furnishings carpets for the hard bamboo floor. Also maybe to put bug screens on windows as well and add mini fridges to each cabin so people can keep food and water. Although saying that, you can walk right next door basically to get tea and coffee, water etc.

Quaint and quiet on a busy stretch of beach. Love the tall natural trees and simple huts with sun deck beach chairs and lounge reserved just for guests. Basic but complete. It gets a little hot in the room and on the bed as the mozzie net doesn’t quite allow the fan air to pass through. Talay the caretaker was the most thoughtful and kind, she offered to help me with a personal dive booking though it was not under her and she didn’t have to. She really stood up for her guests. I recommend to book island tour activities with Talay because she will make sure you have a good and fair time

I got bitten by a giant red/brown centipede here while walking back to my room in the dark around 9pm. Tried to contact on the chat message here but no reply till next morning, as I had to get treated in ER Some word of caution or sensor light on and around the property for guests would be goo to avoid similar incidents again.

The location was perfect! There were beach chairs available for guests to enjoy. The hut was adorable with a clean modern washroom. The only thing we missed was air conditioning as it was hot during the day and evening. Overnight the fan managed to keep us cool enough. We would definitely recommend staying here if you go to Koh Lipe.

Location is super! Right at the beach and Tula (the owner) is really friendly. The cottages are clean and the beds have an musquito net.

The beach chairs are a little bit run out off and the cottages are wonderful made with bamboo and nails. But sometimes the nails hurt your feet when walking.

Really great location, basic bungalows but perfect for all your needs. We loved relaxing on the beach as soon as we woke up. Talay at reception was so lovely and had great food recommendations (thank you!!). We also enjoyed using the Kayaks. Mosquito net was very helpful, and housekeeping great.

We had a great stay at Green View Resort. Talay is lovely and super helpful. We loved the eco feel of the low-key, bamboo huts/chalets, and the fact that it has quite a low impact on the environment. The location is great for the beautiful, soft and powdery sand on your doorstep, and easy access to everything on offer on Walking Street. It is located on a fairly busy beach but it really is quite magical sitting on the deck chairs or on the sand in front of the resort, overlooking the crystal clear sea. The music can be a little loud at night so take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise for simple, comfortable accommodation Green View is perfect. The only request would be to have access to drinking water so you don’t need to buy plastic bottles or rely on refilling in restaurants (not always easy). Green View have their reasons but we had no problems drinking from the water dispensers in the restaurants.
