The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, and slightly removed from the busy areas. The staff were friendly and the breakfast, although limited options, was tasty and fresh. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The view from our room was just paradisiac and we will be back to Koh Lipe for sure!

We had trouble on two nights with turning on the hot water in the shower, so we had to ask for help from the staff. Both times staff came to our room and fixed the issue promptly, but it was a small inconvenience. One other thing, which is not directly to do with the hotel, is that guests will get up early and reserve spots on the sun beds, so by the time you get to the beach all beds are taken, even if no one's using them. It should not be allowed to do this if the people are not using the sun beds, as then no one else can use them either.

Very good location on the best beach of the island. We arrived from Langkawi to Koh Lope Pattaya beach by boat. The accommodation was only 10 min walk along the beach. The beach of this accommodation was not blocked by boats. Therefore it was great to swim. The room was very beautiful and luxurious. There was hot water in the shower. Very quiet. The bungalow was surrounded by palm trees and was very natural.

Very satisfied with the choice of hotel on the island. Nice (if not nicest) beach and water. Calm part of the beach. Close to walking street and all island is reachable by foot which we enjoyed. Nice breakfast. Would probably choose this hotel again if going to the island. Fresh rooms, large and quite modern. Little bit special with outdoor toilet but we thought it was cool.

Location and Staff

When i first enter resort area it was beautiful. near to beach. we didnt have to carry our bag all did by resort staff. the room can fit for 3 persons. the ambience really nice and quiet. staff also helpful when we ask to call for Taxi. Cleanness for room, toilet and balcony. the housekeeping will do a good job. the check-in and check-out also smooth. I really like the environment. Very calm and relaxing for those who need this so much.

Around 15-20mins walking to walking street along the beach but if you take taxi the street a bit bumpy and hill but just enjoy the moments. Not so many choices for Halal breakfast but many choices for Non halal.

We stayed in an ocean view villa which can easily accommodate 4 guests. The room was clean and well designed - the roof design gives a really nice Balinese style touch. The impression of the resort is beachy and natural-feeling with steps that lead straight onto the beach - not tacky like some others on the island. It's a very relaxing, classic tropical eecape. Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, some of the staff had quite bad attitudes and barely spoke when you tried to interact with them. We didn't feel very welcomed by the reception staff and some of the bar staff were also quite cold.

I really liked this area of the island and the hotel was quite nice right on the beach with pretty sand and lounge chairs. the beds were comfy. I stayed in 2 different bungalows during my stay. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. quick to clean the room and even assisted with the luggage to and from the boat.

the location was further away from.the walking street which proved to be both quieter which is good but also took longer to walk to and from all.the other places worth seeing. good exercise but very hot. I also managed to get bed bugs from these bungalows which is pretty typical occurrence even in the nicest places. not much to do about it but pharmacy has good cure for this. last night my ac was leaking quite a bit and super noisy during sleep hours. so hope that gets renovated too during this low season. I could have stayed a few more nights there. be aware they charge 70% first then 30%. the instructions said 30% first then 70% full pay. strange for me as I've always paid in full either before or on checkout. made a bit of confusion on exit but got solved in the end.

Located at the quieter and nicer end of Pattaya beach yet close enough to walking street this hotel has the perfect location. I loved the villas, the shady coconut trees, the beach front and the bar area. It also has a fabulous quiet relaxing vibe. We stayed on one of the beach front units and had our breakfasts and fabulous cocktails on the porch which was lovely. Try the Mango Tango!.

There’s no pool but the sea is amazing so we didn’t miss it. The staff were efficient and helpful but perhaps slightly timid by Thai standards. The restaurant could be improved. Although we had some excellent meals including lovely breakfasts we had did have couple of off dishes.

Fabulous location, on the main beach but far enough away from the main street so it was quiet in the evenings. The rooms were clean and spacious with an outdoor shower and washroom (sounds weird but it was quite beautiful actually). Breakfast was lovely with multiple options to choose from and the staff were super helpful. It was great to have dedicated beach chairs with umbrellas so we could go swimming without worrying about our stuff. There are lots of Thai massage places near by, but also slightly cheaper ones in town (which is 5-10 mins walk away). Highly recommend.

I like the position very much the beach in from is so amazing with amazing clean water.

I didn’t like the room maintenance it’s really in a bad conditions, please avoid to take the garden rooms they are horrible rooms!!!! You feel like you are in backpackers hostel!! I changes after 2 nights to the Balinese bungalow it was much better but again the maintenance there no good at all!! The anti mosquito vail was full of dust so I couldn’t use it. I can say that I saw also a mouse in the room during the night so my nights was nightmare!!!! Unfortunately in this such a paradise the owner not invest in is business horrible.
