Beautiful tranquil location, ideal for couples, only 10 rooms so easy to find a nice sunbathing spot and also plenty of shade if you need it. Best snorkelling I have known straight off a hotel beach with so many different fish. Only a 10 minute walk to the busier Pattaya beach if you want some variety from the peace of this hotel. Staff at the bar/restaurant area were very friendly and food was very good. The rooms were clean with great sea views and all have their own plunge pool.

Not a lot to dislike but we spent 1 night in one of the 2 honeymoon suites which was actually not as nice as the normal room we had. The other honeymoon suite next to us had the much better view, so ask for 1B.

Super quiet location overlooking a small cove, well away from Walking Street and Sunrise beach. They offer a free ride into town early evening and it's easy to get a "Taxi" back. The bumpy ride is all part of the experience! Rooms very comfortable with lovely view over the bay due to the rooms being arranged down the hill (this does entail stairs to get from your room to the beach or back up to reception), added bonus own private plunge pool. Good choice at breakfast served by friendly staff. Great to be able to snorkel straight off the beach.

This is a quiet resort, at the pool, sunbed area the music was irritating (though they were very accommodating when asked to turn it off) and you could hear the thumping beat from the next door hotel. Not everyone wants the Walking Street experience!

We loved the quietness and isolation of the property. Having your own pool to be able to get in is always nice! The staff were super friendly and helpful if ever we needed anything.

The bathroom in the afternoons would start having a sewage type smell that we could not figure out. We asked the staff to look at it. They came quickly and sprayed some stuff around the bathroom, but ultimately did not solve the problem. This is definitely an issue that needs to be fixed. Not sure if all the rooms are like this or not. This is not the first beach resort in Thailand that we have stayed at that has this problem.

This was the best vacation we ever had. The hotel is located next to a small private beach. Every room has a view of the sea (even from bed!!!) And a small private pool. The atmosphere is very calm and warm. We hardly left the hotel because they provided everything: complementary breakfast and wonderful meals throughout the day. We ate on a deck while watching the sea. There is a natural shaddow from the trees. They also ordered massage for us in a designated comfy room. There are free kanoo boats and snorkling equipments. We did not want to leave and hope to come back.

We just loved it

Very private and peaceful beach. The view of Adang island is superb. As a couple who don’t wake up early, this side of Koh Lipe is perfect as it’s sunny in the afternoon to the evening. The resort is very well cleaned and maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant area with pool in the front and a lot of beach chairs is giving a beach club vibe which is very nice. We also love the trees and shade the trees gave us, it’s a good balance for a hot and sunny day.

We wish the hotel at this price tier could give us more free drinking water. The breakfast options are limited. The road to the hotel is very bumpy. A lot of stairs but this is given as the hotel is on the cliff. For only room number 6 which is adjacent to the kitchen of another hotel, we wish there is a complete block of view to their kitchen as we could sometimes saw the staffs from another hotel. And we wish the hotel could manage the ruins or the pile of construction remaining next to another hotel better as we can see them from the balcony from room number 6.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cash de Lipe. It was out first time to the island and will not be our last. The hotel is situated a short tuk tuk ride from walking street with a private beach. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful and friendly. I would like to say the restaurant staff were especially accommodating. You can snorkel right off the private beach and see loads of coral and fish.

The only thing I would say, is they need to sort out their septic tank. There was a whiff of raw sewage every now and then which was off putting.

- The property is very private yet accessible and a great base for everywhere Koh Lipe. - Intimate setting and not too many rooms which makes it feel quite exclusive. - Loved the private beach - all staff were exceptional - front of house, food and beverage team. Extremely hospitable and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. - breakfasts and food generally at the resort very nice.

- chilled out music around the pool would be nice. Some guests playing their own music (US country Rock) through speakers a few days which didn’t go well with the feel of Casa De Lipe.

The location of the hotel was breathtaking. Easy taxi ride in to town for only 100TB. The staff right from when we got off the boat to the time we left were absolutely beautiful. They couldn’t do enough for you. We felt like part of the family there. Food was great. Thai and western food available along with room service. Room was clean and comfortable. Had breathtaking views from our bed, deck and our own private pool. Most of the time you felt like your the only ones in the hotel. Thank you casa you made the start of our travel relaxing.

If you don’t like monkeys be warned. They will come up to your room for awhile but then leave. Just don’t leave things outside like food.

- Services that the hotel provide are overpriced such as laundry, cheaper to go to the local shop who do it for half the price. Also cheaper to book tours on the island on walking street.
