For us, the restort is located on the most beautiful part of Koh Lipe and the beach is the best. Even with the tides it is always possible to swim and find space on the beach. In addition the trees provide perfect shade and privacy. The many nominated boats are visible but far away from this part of the beach. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The room are big and nice, the garden is spacious and have many nice trees.

On the beach, basic braeakfast, but considering that is Asia , was quite ok, The empluyees basicly did evryhing they can and they know to mentain it better. Of corse needs some investments, but this concerns the management, if they will not do it they will lose customers. There ore some playfull cats around, bring them some food they will enjoy.

It would be nice if you can buy a beer from reception or some water.

Great location. Nice rooms and beautiful houses. The garden is amazingly beautiful. The receptionist is very friendly. Water in the shower can go very warm, very pleasant. The air conditioner also worked well. In general I 100% recommend and I would like to come back in this hotel

One day internet worked badly. Also one time for some reason there was no breakfast till 8 without a warning, and we were going diving at 7.30, so I needed to buy something really quickly on the go. Could have warned us, I counted on that egg and salad!

Good location on the main beach Clean and cool (AC) rooms, it did the job for our family of 4. The staff were very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was basic, a lot of processed chicken in different forms.

Not many other people staying at the resort so felt a bit empty and lacked a bit of vibe. Sad to see Lots of rubbish washed up on the beach, but the staff had a team to collect it by the next morning.

Would have been nice to have a table outside with your chairs.Maybe more sun loungers,and stop the quests putting towels.On beds 07.00 in the morning,selfish tourists

The room is quite spacious; and we love the garden view outside of the room. There are some inconvenient things like hot water does not work, the bathroom is not so clean & there are no electric socks near the bed. The beach zone is extremely beautiful. Breakfast is quite simple & just so-so. It's quite easy to walk from here to sunset beach too, only about 10 minutes walking.

Best location in the whole island: directly at the beach, with no boats around and amazing corals all over. First line lounge chair available all day long. Very large room and bed.

Shame they don't have a bar or restaurant, it feels quite empty, but that also makes it pretty comfortable without the crowds. Decoration of the room was nonexistent: no bedside lamp, no bedside electric sockets...

Closeness to beach, breakfast with a beach view. Friendly staff. Room was large, bed slightly soft but I found I comfortable. Fridge, hairdryer & kettle provided also hand towel’s which you don’t get in Malaysia. I also liked that the basin was in the bedroom rather than bathroom, handy for getting ready when the bathroom is occupied.

Would be handy if there was a light over the mirror for getting ready in the evening. Also space next to toe bathroom could be utilised better for storage.

not a deal breaker, but, water pressure very low in bathroom, not enough wood benches at beach were very uncomfortable with no cushions. Barb wire rolls and concrete posts at beach front didn’t look pretty? and was bit dangerous. easily rectified though

Staff was really nice and friendly. Ocean is right next to the rooms, even the furthest one is less than 50m away. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come back. The atmosphere is very chilled and the resort is family friendly. The hotel provided special snorkelling package price only with underwater photoshoot with THB 550 only which cheaper than among the other providers

Time management for the reception to arrange us to join snorkelling session was too late . At first we were asked to wait at the lobby at 0930 hrs, however the boatman late arrived only on 1030 hrs but it’s ok since the boatman provided us the best service and snap the photo of us during our snorkelling session was the best.
