I think some of the negative reviews of here are quite harsh and unrealistic. Everything was typical of a decent standard of budget accomodation, koh lipe is a very expensive island and this was the cheapest place I found with AC booking 6 weeks in advance. The location is perfect it's off the centre of the walking street but really quiet. The AC is really strong and the water is hot. The curtains are dark so block out the light well.

The beds were uncomfortable The cleanliness of the rooms and outside area could be improved a bit

I lost 2 days from my weekly paid holiday I only enjoy 6 days because I arrive at hat yai areoport late 4.30 pm I miss the boat which depart 11a.m,and 1 30 pm, and before my last day ,I depart to catch my plane at hat yai areoport at 10 30 a. Because the boats leave after 11a.m Better to advise customer about the time for the boat to adjust their time, for the future

Amazing location directly located but a bit laid back along the walking street with so many food options just next door and close by. You can reach the beach within a 5min walk. Room was perfect for a solo traveller, it even came with a hairdryer and umbrellas. Got new toilet paper and water every day.

Me and my partner who are backpacking Asia stayed here for 6 days. We booked the standard room. For a place where you just lay your head at night it’s great! The resort is right on the main strip and also really close to the beaches. It’s perfectly placed on the strip that your really close but it’s not loud whatsover. The rooms were cleaned when we asked so if you stay here and your wanting your room cleaned be sure to leave your key with reception each morning. No bugs or mosquitoes really seen near where we were which is great. Also the wardrobe was great for storing out staff

The bathroom could use some work BUT it does the job, nothing awful whatsoever. Our bed sheets hadn’t been changed when staying here, which wasn’t a massive problem as it was clear they were changed before our stay.

Great location right on walking street but not loud. Easy walk to multiple beaches. Many restaurants and bars to choose from and shopping close by. Room was clean, replenished water bottles and toilet paper daily for free. Happy to clean the room if requested. A/C worked very well. Small balcony area outside of room. Bed was comfortable.

Room was a little small with large bags but not an issue

Cheapest accommodation with private bathroom and a/c. Perfect location, rooms tidy, good showers and good WiFi. Owner is a lovely lady, I had to leave the island for a day and she kindly let me leave some luggage there. Enjoyed the stay so much I have booked two more nights there already, and anytime I come back to the island I will stay here. Can’t recommend enough if your on a budget

Helpful staff, near walking street but still tucked away.

Most other things... The room was fairly clean but not fantastic. The plug sockets were awful. The Aircon was weak, but did the job just about. Toilet flush was terrible. Couldn't really lock the door at night while sleeping... Not a big issue, but felt a bit weird!

Well located, with a little terrasse in front of each bungalow, calm, AC works perfectly, bed is comfortable, kudos to the cleaning staff.

It’s a bit pricey, the bathroom is a bit old, the shower doesn’t drain the water (which will stagnate until the cleaning staff works its magic)

The lady at the front desk is amazing and very helpful and allways massive smile felt at home here and the location was great and good bar opposite that I found my self in every nite and becag not far and lovely thai restaurant whooo whooo the girls sing to you to try get you come inside and amazing food .

- Super quiet, quietist place we've been to in SEA yet - location is perfect, it's in the middle of everyting - balcony space is nice to have to sit and dry clothes - option to have room serviced if you want it each day - water and toiletries supplied daily

- minor, but a lot of light in room at night because of curtains or devices in room but slept great
