The resort was beautiful. Lime and Soda was the perfect retreat for us. We only stayed for two nights and wished we stayed longer. The pool was warm and there was always seating available to sunbathe. The beach was a few steps from the pool which was clean and amazing to watch the sunset on. A good selection of food and drink too in the restaurant. We also enjoyed the pool and table tennis tables. The staff were always helpful - a real credit to the resort. There’s a really good night food market and shops about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and a lovely restaurant around the corner from the resort. We would definitely stay again if we visit the island in the future. The location is also close to the pier if you’re travelling from Koh Samui / Koh Tao.

I had the pleasure of spending nearly a month at Lime n Soda, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I know I will always return with immense pleasure. I stayed in a Coco bungalow, and it quickly became my home away from home. The bungalow was incredibly cozy and immaculately clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Its location, just a few steps from the beautiful and quiet beach, was ideal. I loved watching stunning sunsets, and witnessing the performances of kite surfers. The pool was another highlight—an oasis of relaxation where I could unwind and soak up the sun. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, accompanied by great music that set the perfect mood for every meal. The staff deserves special mention—Ei-Ei, Tua, May, and the rest of the team were simply incredible! They were always smiling, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like I was surrounded by friends. Before long, they knew my favorite dish and exactly how I liked my coffee, adding a personal touch to the already exceptional service. Andy’s Sports Bar was an absolute blast! Andy himself was a fantastic host, always present and engaging with the guests. He created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt included. Watching the favorite sports while enjoying a well-made cocktail and socializing with other guests made for many memorable evenings. The fun didn’t stop there, as the pool games added an extra layer of entertainment. Overall, everything about Lime n Soda was above and beyond my expectations. The combination of a perfect location, top-notch amenities, delicious food, and an incredibly warm and friendly staff made my stay truly exceptional. I can't wait to return!

It was a perfect stay! The room was so cleaned and fresh, with a nice smell upon our arrival. We had an amazing sea view from our room. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The girl at the reception went the extra mile for us: we rented a scooter at the store in from of the hotel and the back tyre got broken. We were calling the owner and he wouldn’t pick up, so we called the hotel and this girl went to the store to explain to the owner what had happened. It was all fixed in a matter of minutes. We are very thankful to her!! On top of that, you can do your laundry there and they bring it to your room afterwards. The pool was also super clean, with amazing views to the sea and a very nice atmosphere. If we ever come to the island again, we would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed at the Beachfront Suite "Lime 1"... the positioning of the room made it extremely private and comfortable. At night the waves were hitting near the beach in front of the room, but in the morning low tide took the beach out a great distance which was spectacular to see from the room and even better to walk out to. Lunch at the restaurant was excellent watching the Kite surfers fill the sky and best of all Lime N Soda is a short walk/bike to the ferry which made it a perfect place to stay on our short visit on our bicycle trip from Singapore to Bangkok. The gardens and architecture make Lime N Soda a beachside botanical sanctuary away from the bustling city outside, but best of all was the friendliness of the front desk... we had a problem with our previous reservation, but after calling to Booking.com, the customer service agent canceled and refunded the booking, but in the stress of the moment I dropped and left my wallet with all my cards and IDs! Noticing that I didn't have my wallet arriving at Lime N Soda, the front desk staff took my partner and I on their motorcycles over 3 km to retrieve my wallet and accompanied me the entire way, speaking on my behalf. Honestly exceptional!!!

The fact that breakfast didn’t include any drinks was a bit of a letdown. Also, given that there are so many brilliant vegan places on Koh Phangan (so there’s obviously a demand for it) it felt like a real struggle to get anything decent for breakfast for vegans (no non-dairy milks for coffees or yoghurts etc). Also, generally the coffees could do with being a lot better given that the place seems to cater for a younger crowd.

wonderful experience, you have everything you need here, we stayed at Neate Resort for 6 days and everything was perfect, Absolutely everything at this Resort is done with care and affection by its manager Andy and his team (HEY Hey, Toru, everyone is polite and kind) the rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfast is fresh, natural and tasty, the restaurant kitchen is extremely clean, extreme care is taken to make the guest have a unique experience,

Having read some older reviews I was a bit worried but clearly they made changes in 2022 so any reviews from before that don’t reflect the current property. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. Perfect location on the beach. 10 minute walk to the shops & ferry. The whole property is very well maintained and our beachside bungalow couldn’t be faulted. The restaurant food was amazing. We had a breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Great cocktails too.

An amazing place, great location, walking distance to main shops and restaurants, incredibly quiet beach. Chilled vibes by the pool with lots of seating areas. Bar and restaurant staff very helpful and nice. The accommodation is unique and well thought of. I will certainly be returning next year.

Very beautiful resort -both exterior and interior. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. We liked the location - it's very close to Saturday night market, also Phangan food court. There is kitesurfing school just behind the wall, so perfect, if You want to try or just to enjoy the view of kites in the sea. Nice pool area. Good organizing transfer from pier and back.

There is a lot of mosquitoes in this place and no mosquitoe net in the room. The place to keep clothes is in the bathroom, but there is a sense of wetness, so not usefull at all. No place for drying at least swimsuits and towels outside. They also mixed our washed laundries with somebody's else, so it took time to find ours. Quite expensive restaurant prices.
