Firstly, dont pay too much attention to bad reviews... You get what you pay for. Its still bargain for what you get considering its capital. Owner is simple and honest man, he was chasing me worried asking If I wasnt charged twice from my card after paying in cash, that tells something.. Everyone has their own ways and especially when we get older so respect and tolerance is required here. Overall its a lovely simple budget friendly place where locals live in quiet neighborhood so you get authentic experience for small fee. Recommended for budget travelers and whoever plan to stay longer in city. You get discount if staying longer and not using booking.com.. Its a bit further away, but you can use Indrive app (Uber alternative) to get to sites.. Good internet speeds, clothes washing for1$. Nothing bad to say

You stay in a traditional local building with shared bathrooms/toilets! Fan was enough for me. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Parking in the closed yard for the motorbike is extra. Owner rents also scooters. Ice cold drinks to 7eleven price !

I knew that the mattress where hard...I personaly would prefer softer, but still was possible to sleep well enough. Recommended for living close with the locals.

It's a good place for a long stay

The host Anurak is an amazing and well travelled person , he helped me to rent a scooter and advised me about some places to visit, he is always there for his guests, his place is in a very convenient location , close to Many restaurants , street food, gas station , Seven eleven , atm, big shopping centre and everything you need , I would recommend this place specially if you are a solo traveler and want a chill and authentic place to stay , thank you, Anurak !

* simple but clean room and facilities * location close to a main road where you can catch buses to many locations within bangkok. * stable wifi (99% of the time), i only had to reset my wifi connection 1 or 2 times during 2 weeks, thats very stable for bangkok standards and you will have a hard time getting a more stable connection at other places

The owner is very nice and he will help you with everything you need. The neighborhood is a local place with markets, parks and river and still close from the BST krung thonburi (30-40 baths with a motorbike). I highly recommend if you like the local Thai lifestyle 🇹🇭

It was okay. The person managing it is very experienced and also very informative. This is a place for just crashing with low Budget. All places are accessible from here. Big C is very close to it.
