The room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was large, shower was great, good water pressure, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was over the top - counter on counter of delicious food, literally anything you can imagine. The hotel connects to a shopping mall for any incidentals you may need during your stay.

The pool chairs were really uncomfortable and inadequate. They are fixed in one position (no ability to move with the direction of the sun, and no ability to adjust the recline. You're just in this weird semi recumbent position. Other than that, no complaints. Just be aware that you're across the river from most of the attractions in BKK. While there is a river shuttle, it is only on the hour so plan accordingly. If you use grab, you'll just need to factor in additional traffic time as crossing the river bridges is always congested.

Rooftop bar (Seen) very pretentious. When we asked for a table by the edge we were told we couldn’t have one as they were all reserved. After sitting for an hour with 3 vacant tables we asked again and were told we could have one but only if we spent over 5000Tbt 🤷‍♂️

Very quiet, despite being near 2 bridges and the river, the soundproofing seemed to be very effective. Nice views from the river view room, although there is some construction which slightly takes away from the novelty. Toiletries, safe, bottled water provided. Close to a mall so lots of food options. Pool has very nice views over the river, Asiatique etc Free shuttle boat (Anantara) provided every 30 mins. Breakfast is probably one of the best ive had from a in SE Asia in terms of variety and quality. TV has decent selection of movie options.

We visited the pool at a very busy time, it was impossible to relax. Staff are loudly talking to each other, dragging tables and chairs around and it seemed like there were 2 different sound systems playing. It just seemed chaotic. The approach of the hotel is underwhelming, it has lots of what appears to be dead plants hanging off of it. Typical ridiculous hotel room lighting system that only a rocket scientist could figure out. Awful design. The SEEN restaurant is very expensive, 5000+ baht for a fairly basic meal for 2 plus one drink.

Good room, comfy bed with lovely bedding, nice view of river from room, open plan bathroom with sliding doors to enclose if required a nice touch. Breakfasts are very good with huge selection. Lovely roof top pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Constant background music in all public spaces was a bit tedious, and was sometimes quite loud, a few quiet areas would be nice.

We were refused to bring a bottle of water to the pool. The hotel's policy for the pool is no outside food or drink allowed, which we can understand for anything alcohol or a coke for example, however to refuse us bringing in a bottle of water on an extremely warm day was ridiculous. Also, the return of the room deposit, which I have still yet to receive, is taking an unreasonable amount of time. Been told by the hotel that it could take up to 1 month.

Breakfast was plentiful and really good Views are spectacular. The provided ferry service to get you to the main pier and skytrain was priceless. From there you can get to all the tourist hot spots

The sky bar is a total rip off. 5000 bhat just to sit down. Couldn't have an after dinner drink there before bed as the minimum fee was totally out of order for residents. Was told by the waiter, don't worry you will spend that easily as the cheapest bottle of wine is over that!! Its a shame as if that had been reasonable prices the place is 100% a 10 out of 10.

Wow!!! Where to even start?! Exceptional from the moment we stepped out the taxi door to when we left. I have never witnessed such attentive service in all my life. On arrival there was a team waiting to greet all guests and were so happy and friendly. Walking in was blown away by the grandness of the building, just beautiful. Check in was on the 11th floor and turns out there is even the entrance to a shopping centre on the third floor. They also had a pantry section on the first floor to have tea and cake. Check in was super friendly and professional. Our room was on the 24th floor and had a river view room which words cannot even describe. Looking out over the river and city was a core memory that will be locked inside me forever. At night it was breathtaking watching all the illuminated boats slowly making their way up and down the river. The room itself was modern, spotlessly clean and it is the best bed I have slept in in my life. The pillow was like a magic cloud. When my head it the pillow it just sank into a marshmallow of heaven. Pool was also fantastic with an amazing view. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! The reason I booked this hotel was to ensure a good breakfast and read other comments it was world-class and it really was. Check out was smooth and the team at the entrance helped us on our way even with our own transport we had booked checking we were getting in the right car. They were so happy and smiling all the time. I have worked in hospitality my whole life and the experience made me want to leave England and work at this hotel! What a place!!!

Location is simply the best if you want to stay well and easy connected with the best atractions. Safety also was the best because the hotel is located into a mall so you will have everything from mall and the hotel

Hotel requires a deposit of around 10K, so just be sure that your Credit card allow it, that is refundido after you check out

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and great breakfast.

No bedside table or lamp on one side of the bed (king bed room) which made reading impossible and no place to put your phone. Very strange for a luxury hotel. Pool is very nice but the music they play is absolutely horrible and so loud that you can't enjoy the beauty of the pool area. Please tell someone to turn off the music completely.

-Wonderful hotel on the riverside with everything you may need; -Fantastic pool on the 26th floor, good food in all of the restaurants and an excellent breakfast buffet; -The restaurant on the 26th floor, SEEN, has a magnificent view overlooking Bangkok; -On the 27th floor, the rooftop SIN, very good vibe and music; -A special word for all the hotel staff, I will not mention names, because I would have to mention countless names, they are all tireless in trying to please and give their best.
