Very friendly and helpful front desk team. They helped with alternative bus route suggestions and that was great. Breakfast buffet has a great variety, covered both Western and Thai cuisine.

Had there be double glazed windows in the room then it'll be PERFECT. Our room faced the main road, offered excellent view but noisy.

Location excellent for me. Very good breakfast. Staff excellent, efficient, friendly and more than helpful. Short walk to Lua Prahpong station. About 4th or 5th time I've stayed there in the last year. Can't say more than that !!!

Very warm and supportive staff made the stay comfortable for us. Rooms are very old styled and below par but location is helpful to reach all major attractions for temples and markets in near proximity. Breakfast was very good for kids and vegetarian options were also decent. They also took care of our special request for fasting by providing Frech Fries. They also helped us in managing our luggage for 1 week as we stayed twice at their property while entering and leaving Thailand. Reception Area and Restaurant is well maintained but rooms and floors need major revamp. We acknowledge the Hotel Management for creating such a warm and positive culture amongst staff ensuring customer delight !!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and chose it because of its proximity to Chinatown. It is indeed just a 10-minute walk away. The room was very clean and had a nice city view. The hotel is located by the river and right across from the train station, which is very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. The hotel and rooms have a retro design, which I really liked. The buffet breakfast was quite satisfying, offering a wide variety of food options. It gave me the perfect start to the day. Additionally, the staff kindly helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated.

I didn’t find many negative aspects during my stay, but I couldn’t find a place to hang the showerhead. Maybe this could be improved.

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Location is close to all the restaurants and street food along the main strip of Chinatown. Although there are many tourists especially at night along Yaowarat the area seems unchanged and unaffected by rampant tourism you see in other places without the flashy venues that cater entirely to tourists. A fascinating area to explore traditional city life!

The bathroom had quite a bit of mold and mildew so was unsatisfactory to expected level of cleanliness. A good scrub with cleaning solutions would have done the trick!

The staff were very helpful the breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice and we went down south Thailand for 5 days as we were coming back to the hotel we were allowed to leave our large suitcases there so we travelled with small hand luggage cases I also left my phone in the taxi associated with the hotel this was handed in by the taxi driver and given back to me on my return

If anything the rooms are ready for an update and probably more plug sockets but the beds were very clean

The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous - a real highlight. The location next to the station and on the edge of China Town was fantastic.

The rooms are very basic (reflected in the price). As you rise up the floors in the lift you soon become further away from the relatively luxurious foyer. The bathroom needs updating and though clean was so old fashioned and clinical. The AC is very noisy as was the huge fridge (not needed to be so big).

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good as there are fixed and daily change menus. The hotel is very close to the Hua Lamphong MRT station. It is a convenient 13-minute walk to Chinatown.

1) Shampoo is not provided. 2) The bathroom floor is slippery. My friend slipped and fell but she was OK. 3) The plastic disposable water bottles. Please consider using glass and reusable water bottles.

We like that it’s located very close to the mainline station and the MRT. Also close to Chinatown. The breakfast provided was a very good selection replenished frequently. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We left our chargers behind and we had a message from reception. The staff actually came to the station to pass to us. So we’re very pleased with the service provided. Good value for money. Will recommend

It’s an old hotel and could do with updating the floors above the reception and restaurant and coffee areas which were good. But can’t complain much as breakfast and staff and cleanliness were good for what we pay.

Location was good, just next to the main train station, it was also next to the entrance to Chinatown, and near the main river canals. Breakfast was wonderful!! So many options and very very friendly staff. The staff were so helpful, and ensured we had a smooth stay!

A bit outdated. Could use a remodeling or retrofit.
