- Clean - Fresh bottled water every day - room size was more than enough

Personally I don't really like hotels of that size. Building was too high, so no windows to open. The air was hot and moist or like in a fridge.

Been staying here for years. It has had 3 owners, currently UHG, but is basically same place. Location great especially since the blue MTR line has been extended to the west bank. Close enough to water bus. Very close to main train station and MTR. Air condition good. Breakfast good. Suggest you pay for it in reservation.

They could take a room a day off line and give a guy a caulk gun and red and white paint and spiff up the room. The fit and finish is getting a bit long in the tooth, but this is not a serious problem. Now that covid 19 is over time for new owner to invest in the property.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to Chinatown, the Marine Dept ferry stop and the MRT. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Pool was large and rooftop bar area was very relaxing. You are close enough to the action but it was still quiet at night. There were complimentary welcom drinks and more complimentay drinks if you didn't have your bed sheets changed. Staff were professional and friendly. Great value for money. Fitness Centre was well equipped.

Would be nice if fitness centre has spray/paper towels or wet wipes to keep things sanitised. It's not in most pick up hotel areas if you want to use Viator/Get Your Guide types of tours and will usually need to make your way to a pick up point.

Excellent pool, friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast buffet, and good location (near Chinatown). Would recommend.

Gym kit could do with an upgrade and some maintenance. Be aware that some of the rooms which don't have the city view may have a window which is right up against a car park. I had to keep my blind down all the time so people couldn't see in from the car park.

The reception at check-in was very good and very friendly. The stay was also very good and everything was available as described. The location is very central and I can only recommend it. The MRT station Hua Lamphongund as well as the train station, tuk-tuks and cabs are within easy reach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I personally will book this hotel again on my next trip to Bangkok The breakfast was very varied and sufficient as well as very fresh and the hotel bar is also recommendable.

I cannot list any points here in my evaluation

The view is amazing, the pool is clean and big and in the sun for most of the afternoon. The beds beside the pool are mainly in the shadow and really hard. So ask for two towels! Hotel is only a few minutes away from Chinatown. Oh and their welcome drink is a good welcome drink, not some lemonade drink, so don’t forget to order it!

I really hated the connecting doors between de rooms. They leak so much audio. I’ve changed rooms once (fixed without a flinch by the reception) but I wish I would have done it twice because my second neighbors really had their music on loudly. Not knowing probably how noisy the rooms were.

The location was just the best possible for travellers who want to explore Bangkok. While it was at a big roundabout traffic was less than expected (I guess - due to lack of high rise buildings in the area). We had the choice of "taxis", underground train (very clean and convenient), even rental bikes (if you feel crazy). The surrounding is low residential buildings, so you have a glimpse of real life instead of being stuck in a modern high rise apartment area. You can walk along a small waterway (one direction is very well built walkway). Breakfast was ok. Swimming pool was relaxing and rooftop view to an amazing temple nearby. Indirect air condition in our room was helping a lot to give us a good sleep. Bathroom had no windows but great ventilation. Never damp. The tourists in the hotel are from various countries. So it is a nice mix and makes it feel cosmopolitan. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. Since no "party" location is next to the hotel, there are almost no single travellers with guest friends. You can easily get to a party location though.

Our room was the closest to the main roundabout. So you can always hear traffic noise. It is not too loud, probably as loud as an air condition unit when its running. Maybe the hotel can put some more noise dampening foliage on the windows to make it a bit more quieter. In any case usually one is so tired from exploring the town, we never had problems falling asleep.

The pool is very nice. Good location if you want to visit Chinatown and Telat Noi. Great location for Bangkok train station, although very few trains run out of here now. Starbucks, AMAZON Coffee and many 7-11 close by. Nice night view from the King City view rooms. The decor is very nice. Cleaning staff available and helpful at all times. MRT BLUE line within 2 min walk. 25 min walk along canal to Riverside entertainment area and ferry to ICONSIAM. Complimentary drink and fruit plate from Booking.com a very nice surprise.

Unfortunately our room had a very peculiar smell, not sure even how to describe it but off putting.

We are 100% sure cleaning crew stole the money from our suitcases, be carefull shere you keep your money here (safe wasnt working)

Close to MRT station and walking distance to pier. Breakfast buffet had a good mix of Asian and western food. Pool area was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable for a week long stay.

Room was a little bit aged.
