In our 7-week holiday in Thailand and Indonesia, this was our favourite hotel. Our boys (8 and 6) never stop talking about the bunny rabbits!!! A very helpful host. The massage place directly opposite gives excellent massages. The best breakfast we had all holiday. Fresh fruit, eggs, DIY toast, DIY waffles, DIY cereal with milk, juice. Lovely pool which doesn't have stupid open/closing hours. (seems to be open 24 hours). We watched the pool being cleaned when we stayed which is always a good sign. There are fruit trees nearby which you can forage for free until you burst (loganberry and lime) Comfy bed and pillows.

Being in the north of Thailand, I imagine it can be difficult to keep things mould free. There is some mould around the premises and a more thorough deep-clean occasionally might be necessary. Location is the biggest drawback for this guesthouse, it's a Grab ride *anywhere*. 100 THB min. to/from the centre. More to go further afield. If you're going to the city twice a day, that's 400 THB before you've done anything else which is a lot when your room is just 1000 THB a night. We ended up hitchhiking to the city centre on the evenings which proved very easy to do.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful homestay. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was so comfy! The pool and area around it was beautiful and interesting to look round. There were lots of bunnies and other animals, so it felt very peaceful and tranquil to stay there. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and you can order food throughout the day too. Very near the big Buddha, blue temple and Lalitta Cafe and it was easy enough to get Grabs to Chiang Rai centre. The owner and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly! We loved staying here and couldn’t recommend it enough!!

The homestay is an enjoyable place to be. There are lots of different animals around the garden, rabbits, tortoises, parrots, etc, and a very friendly dog. The pool is very nice and there are children's toys available. Our room was vas nice , and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and fresh water left in our room. The breakfast was very good. Fresh eggs were cooked to order, lots of fresh fruit , an electric waffle machine was there to use. The owner runs a restaurant on site with good home cooked food. This is open until around 20:00 every day.

The property is not really within walking distance from town , restaurants, etc. Grab and tuktuks are available. They cost around 150 to 200 bht. Each way. This wasn't a major problem for us , as the food on site was very good, and the garden setting wonde rful.

There were similar places, and in the end I chose this for the rabbits as I knew my son would love that. They were sweet, and there's also an adorable pug, some tortoises, and a parrot that drops in. The pool was nice, the room was cool. It has a very open, communal living feel with the rooms there. The host was lovely, local, and incredibly helpful with directions, tours, buses, etc. A great place to chill out.

It's definitely out of the way - a long walk to anywhere (though I like walking) and if you want transport you'll need to book (no traffic to wave down).

I was excited about staying at Na Na Doo with my family (3 sons ages 1, 4, and 6) based on the wonderful reviews. It was indeed like going home to granny’s for the weekend. A delicious breakfast was served each morning (Moo made eggs to order, sausages, a beautiful fruit plate for each party, and then make your own waffles, toast, cereal and coffee). We booked the Family Bungalow and were delighted with the size. You walk into the first bedroom that has a large, comfy bed and kitchenette, plus it’s own full bath. Then in the next room, you have two more beds (king and twin) plus second full bathroom. We were able to stick our baby’s portable crib in that bathroom, and the older boys had the second bedroom. Loved having our own space at night to stay up and watch Netflix without waking them up! Especially at an affordable rate! The pool was cold this time of year, and a little green, but scenic. Moo cooked us delicious dinners (for an affordable rate of about 320thb/night for our fam of 5. My boys loved the bunnies, trampoline, and simply running around with the other guests’ children. We would be happy to stay again! Thank you Moo!

The bathroom did not appear to be cleaned from the last guest (dirty toilet, toilet paper not on the holder), dirty sink, and hair on floor.

What can I say? This was our first ever homestay and I am so glad we chose nana doos! Moo is a fabulous host. We just loved it. It is out of town but we prefer that. We hired a scooter and got out and about. We saw so many things in the five days we were in Chiang Rai. Having Moo's place to come back to everyday was just perfect.bwe talked about bringing our granddaughter one day because all the kids we saw there had a fabulous time with all the animals. Very grateful for the hospitality and calmness x. Xxx

The owner was really friendly and helpful. She has a heart of gold. She has tried her best to make our stay pleasant. I really liked her love and compassion for stray rabbits. The most amazing part is she just don’t pet the rabbits because she likes to, but she adopts this rabbits those are really sick and people throw away into roads. She has almost 40+ rabbits inside the hotel. She has made separate homes for these rabbits. Breakfast was limited items but again worth every penny. Food was excellent and cheap. Yes the only disadvantage is it’s a little bit far away from mainroad. but you can hire grab easily from the hotel. So transportation is not a problem. I would suggest everyone to stay there if you are traveling chiang rai especially if you love rabbits.

Nothing to dislike

The vibe is great especially for families with kids. The kids have a ton of things to entertain themselves. The owner was super helpful and kind! Dinner options Breakfast is more than satisfying! I recommend doing the full day trek (with bamboo cooking for lunch), it's advertised in the lobby/living room of the guesthouse. Ask the owner to book it for you. This was by far the best day we had in Chang Rai

Our room had a weird smell coming from the bathroom if we didn't use it for more than a couple hours, but nothing major to worry about.

This place is totally set up for stays with children, from the pool and garden, bunnies, cat etc. There is lots of entertain small ones and our little one is still talking about the “bunny hotel” - it’s rare to find somewhere this good for kids.

It was hard for us to get a sense of Chiang Rai as we were only there for a night, however the location is a grab ride or short drive from any of the sights, it didn’t seem like a locations especially good if you wanted to walk places.

We traveled with a 7 and 10 year old, we where made to feel so welcome. The rabbits are really approachable our kids loved stroking them and playing in the garden. We also loved the pool and the breakfast was amazing, fresh fruits and eggs cooked how you like. Also self service on pancakes and cerea, it gave us a great start to the day.

It's slightly out of town but really easy to book a Grab taxi for around 90bhat. The distance was no issue for us. The pool was slightly cloudy as stated on other reviews, but it was clean there was no grim and it smelt of chlorine. The kids played in it every day and we saw the owners clean it everyday.
