The room was very comfortable as was the bed, the pool was great to cool off after a day of exploring. It was awesome to have a massage spa in the resort and both massages I got were very relaxing and felt great after. Kai, the owner and all the staff were lovely and very welcoming. I order brekky everyday and it was convenient to eat before heading off to my retreat. It was also in a great location, short distance to the beach with lots of great restaurants around and easy to walk to some local faves. With a 711 on the corner as well it was very helpful!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was made very welcome. I was offered a discount on a 1st massage, which I was delighted to receive. What's more, the hotel offers the possibility of picking you up at the Lampraya port. The setting is pretty and quiet, the room clean and well-equipped. The town center with all its amenities (convenience store, pharmacy, massage parlor, currency exchange, boutiques, restaurants, etc.) is just a short walk away. A 7eleven is right next door. The pool is great, clean rooms and bathrooms and super friendly staff. They helped me with everything I needed and were extremely friendly (feels like family!). I personally appreciate the Thai old style of the furniture and building. The gardens are nice and they also have a great spa (paid separately) with saunas, good massage, etc. location is perfect: walking distance to shops and restaurants and away from the noise.

This place is truly amazing. The attention to your wellbeing is simply overwhelming. We spent a total of 2 months @Paragon. Rooms are spacious, pool is great (and water is being checked regularly, wow!), once a month the place is being sprayed for bugs and pests so you don't have any and shouldn't notice any. Rooms come with a kitchen (amazing), location is simply great. All the interior garden is basicslly a wall of green all around and it does make a great impression. Far enough from Tong Sala, but within 12-15 min on scooter, 2 min slow walk to the beach, 10 min from Koh Mah. 7/11 right next door, barber shops, markets, scooter and car rentals, everything you need is in a walking distance. Resort offers SPA, food, and even when we got sick we were offered help and assistance, even by something as simple as bringing us tea. We really felt welcome and we are very grateful for the experience and opportunity to meet these fantastic people. P.S. if you go there and notice an orange cat, his name is Tiger, be kind to him ;)

The only thing we didn't like is that we had to leave. We will miss these people, this place and that cat a lot.

Paragon resort is THE PLACE to be in Koh Phanang🙏🏻 The whole place is magical, has large rooms and is close to the beach. The staff are so, so kind and caring, and when I ended my stay with a serious accident, the director has done more for me than I could ever explain. I cannot express my gratitude enough and give my biggest recommendations on staying with these beautiful genuine people❤️

I like its magical cozy atmosphere. I felt at home from the doorstep. Very polite and friendly staff. There are a nice relaxation area with a swimming pool, a room for massages and other therapeutic practices. I was very impressed that the guys collect garbage separately, there is a cooler with water, they plan to completely abandon providing guests with water in plastic bottles and replace them with glass in the near future. There is also a magic zero waste store where you can replenish your container with homemade cosmetics and buy useful products. I wish all the best to this place with new owners!

Very nice large clean pool, good massages by very sweet ladies. Comfortable bed. Excellent location 2 min from the beach, next door to a supermarket and many restaurants. We had a pleasant stay.

Maybe a bit too expensive for the facility provided, the sauna wasn't available, the restaurant was uninviting and always empty. Only medium warm water in the showers.

The staff were amazing. Really accommodating and patient with all my enquiries (my partner got sick while we were here, nothing to do with the hotel but they were so helpful) Also loved how comfy the bed was; hard to find a soft mattress in Thailand but I could actually sleep here. And that was in the budget room!! I loved my little room. The kettle and fridge (and ac) were a huge bonus! Beautiful big pool

Location is perfect! It is not so clear from the map, but it's about 70 meters from the best beach in the entire island! The rooms are great, the coffee and water refilling are free, the pool is excellent and clean! The hosts are super nice and welcoming. The spa is an amazing experience! And most important - the price is the lowest in the entire beach and definitely worth it!
