Location is crazy right on one of the most beautiful beaches of Koh Phangan Local restaurant is very chill with good vibe and excellent food and cocktails Seaside Bungalows are quite nice and it provides a very authentic experience

For this money you’d expect breakfast to be included, some kind of gym and more facilities Do not expect a resort because it’s not I stayed for 2 nights and moved to a more equipped resort - wouldn’t stay more

The location is exceptional, right on the most beautiful beach! Staff was super friendly and overall the vibe is just amazing. Would definitely come back and can highly recommend anyone who’s looking for the ultimative dream beach experience! The massage on-site is also fantastic. Just an unreal experience overall, felt like paradise.

What bothered me the most was the state of the bathroom, it was below basic with a weird smell, broken water tap etc. Also room for improvement: the towels. The bathroom towels were very old, stained and full of (what felt like) sand, dust or microplastic pieces. When I used the towel after washing my hands it felt like they were full of dust and I could even see small particles on my hands / face / body when I used them. Also the beach towels, they felt like a cleaning cloth. The owner should invest in the bathrooms and some proper towels :)

Lovely position, front small private beach, quite environment. The beach can get crowded during the day because of tourists visiting, but in the morning it was all for us. The staff is super kind and available, the restaurant and bar serves delicious fresh fish and very nice breakfast. Live music sometimes always nice and chill, never too loud or disturbing. You can use Kayak and masks to dive. Beautiful places close by to do some snorkeling. Bed super comfortable and fresh room even without air conditioning at night.

They provided water bottles everyday, but it was a lot of plastic and we were sad for that. It would have been wonderful to have a big tank to refill there by the bar. We didn't get any cleaning room during the stay, but for three days it wasn't a big deal.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The beach is beautiful and peaceful, I stayed in the house and it was massive, very clean, comfortable and had everything you need to make your stay homey, including two friendly dogs (brownie and pumba) who were my instant best friends/roommates. It also had a large private seating/sunbathing area leading right onto the beach, great value for the price overall. The food at the restaurant was really well done, healthy and good quality, it had a lot of the western foods I've been missing on my travels. The icing on the cake is definitely everyone who works there, the restaurant manager even gave me free lifts when I wanted to explore the island to make sure I got there safe and wasn't overcharged. You'll never be thirsty or bored sitting at the bar and chatting to Jay either. I would definitely come back here!

The location is superb, the vibe and staff was great. The bungalow is equipped enough, you have all you need for a simple week getaway.

Secret Beach is a stunning beach that is perfect for relaxation. The beachfront bungalows had their own private area in front, separated from the beach, that was nicely shaded. Each bungalow had 2 sun beds & beanbags which could be brought onto the beach if you wanted. A nice touch was the mosquito net around the bed, although clothes pegs were needed to hold the edges closed. There were guys sweeping the areas outside the bungalows and the beach early every morning, keeping them clean. 2 bottles of water were left on the porch every morning and beach towels were provided. The bar & restaurant at Secret Beach Bungalows was second to none. Food was absolutely delicious.

While a parking area is provided, it’s more suitable for scooters than cars. We had to leave our car up on the roadside. This wasn’t really a huge problem as there was a hard verge in to the side of the road, so the car was safe enough.

The bungalows are directly on a small beach which is a real paradise! The place is really exceptional! The bungalow itself is very nice, clean and well equipped

Just the dogs that bark every morning but that is the problem everywhere in Thailand.

Extremely happy with the bungalow right on the water. So peaceful and beautiful (until the beach crowd arrives). The 'resort' has only a handful of units, truely wonderful. Value for money was great in our case - but the room rate tripled the day we left (due to the full-moon parties everywhere). Since the bungalows are nice but far from luxurious, asking 300 € or more per night is ridiculous in our view. A great plus-plus: The restaurant ("Lost and Found") is sooo romantic at night - and serves great curries.

The beach was really crowded (and quite noisy) over the day. We (an older couple) chose another beach to relax.

Secret Beach is a true gem on Koh Phangan. There are people around during the day (we visited in mid-June), but it’s never crowded. The bungalows are located in a small nice area, we really enjoyed relaxing in the shade of the trees. During the day, the tide goes out quite a bit, but the beach is still beautiful. The food is delicious, and although the staff’s English is a bit hard to understand, they are very helpful.

Ants. After a while, quite a few of them would gather in the bathroom, and we had to deal with them daily.
