1. Location is very good where dining places, massages, 7-11 and night market is right downstairs 2. Room is spacious and clean. Our room has mountain view in the distant 3. Fast wifi and an extension plug was provided in room 4. Good breakfast selection 5. Staff are friendly and helpful 6. Weighing scale for luggage is provided at hotel lobby

Toilet is on the small side. Water leaks out after shower and the floor becomes wet and slippery. Informed housekeeping and the problem was somewhat fixed. Slight improvement to the wet floor. Thanks for the quick response to complaint.

The bfast was good alot off choice exp.the pastry.what I like abt the food n restaurant is all halal . Very convenient for Muslims travellers n guests.

The hotel need to do upgrading I think is quite old .The sofa at the lounge looks quite old n the area also needs to upgrade.

First of all, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and how comfortable they made feel during the stay. All of the staff I encountered during my stay were warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was had a large spread hence we had a hearty meal. Would definitely come again, due to the close proximity to Lee Gardens market and massage shops!

The coffee machine's milk was quite diluted, hence the coffee served was not tasteful, this can be improved nevertheless. The hotel is a bit dated, but apart from that, I had a comfortable stay at Centara Hotel.

The thing that really impressed me was how they dealt with a problem. They were very late collecting us from airport which was pre-booked and paid for. On arrival at reception desk manager immediately came over, apologised, and said he would do something for us. What he did was upgrade us to a top floor suite which included free cocktails 5pm-7pm. Totally impressed. What could have been a complaint was immediately turned into 5 star customer service before I even had a chance to complain. We don't rise early so only ate hotel breakfast twice. It was a decent enough buffet and reasonably priced for what was on offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked about anything

Regular English breakfast Tea would be good in room. Only Earl Grey or Green Tea was available. There was also coffee which was good.

I had an exceptional stay at Centara Hotel Hatyai. Located in a great and convenient area, the hotel offers easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The parking space is spacious and secure, adding to the overall convenience. The staff were incredibly customer-centric, friendly, and always ready to help. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, great service, and a prime location in Hatyai.

Our stay had a few minor setbacks. The baby cot provided seemed a bit old and showed signs of rust, which was concerning for a child’s use. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the sink not draining properly, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. While these were not major problems, some maintenance and updates in these areas would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.

I stayed at Centara for 3 nights with my small family and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, situated between Lee Garden Market and easily accessible by GrabCar, making it ideal for exploring the area. We were immediately impressed by the calming and fragrant aroma in the lobby—it really set a relaxing tone for our stay. The room itself was comfortable, with a powerful air conditioning system that kept us cool during our stay. The service and housekeeping teams were top-notch, responding promptly and efficiently to any requests we had. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return on our next visit to the area.

The location was great, just right opposite lee gardens night market. There's also a 7-11 within 5mins walk and a superb must try massage place Mali Massage in the alley towards the 711. This is the best massage in the area and much better than the popular ones across the road. Service was fantastic especially one bald bellboy whom i unfortunately did not manage to get his name, he was extremely attentive and always greeted with a welcoming bright smile. Receptionists speak fluent english and were efficient in their work handling large tour crowds, checking in and out was fast and hassle-free. Housekeeping staff were awesome too, as we generally keep our room clean and to support eco friendly movement we don't need to change our towel daily so we have our do not disturb sign up. They slot in a little card to let us know they're here and to contact them if we do need anything. Lastly, the room dining staff were amazing! 2 out of 3 were able to communicate well in english and got our rather bothersome request perfect. The 1 who couldnt communicate in english did try his best, though our request was kinda messed up but his sincerity did get to us so we didn't fuss about it. Our booking did not include breakfast so we paid for it and it was fabulous! Reasonably priced, the variety was impressive, comparable to 5* standards. Food tasted generally good, of course some dishes were better than others and some were just alright. But for the setup and selection, it definitely has everything for everyone. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return should we visit hatyai again.

The shower area only have a half screen so the floor of the toilet bowl and sink area will get wet. If you put the floor towel inside the bathroom it will be soaking wet and if you put the floor towel on the outside the floor will be wet and slippery. Could be dangerous for elderly as I've almost slipped twice during my 5 nights stay. The flush was not strong and we have to hold for a long while for a full flush. There was also no bathrobe provided. Other than these I love everything else about the room!

Breakfast spread was extensive, good selections, coffee machine was superb. Rooms were kept very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Good quality toiletries.

Position of socket points not easily accessible, one of the extended socket point was hard to reach and not working. Table and bed too close , difficult to walk around in the room, position could have been rearranged for better accessibility. Bed corners had sharp edges

Not friendly for wheelchair user. The apartment can only be accessed by different lift and there are steps to get to the lift. The normal room, the bathroom door opens in and blocking entrance to shower cubicle, making it difficult to manoeuvre for wheelchair user.
