The front desk was very helpful especially the one names Nurida, we reached out to her for a rental motorbike nearby, and she helped us out by contacting the rental place and booked us grab car to the adress as well. She was also helped us in exchanging money (using her cash baht) the day after we checked out because we were running out of baht to pay grab car directly to the terminal bus. Everything is great, the room is nice and tidy,got wifi,smart tv,netflix,disney, hbo & etc. i would rate 10/10 overall. Might as well come here again later :)

I would suggest JS Hotel to prepare 1/2 iron with board (depends) on a floor (can be any one of the floors) so that guests can easily just come to floor and use the iron if they want, rather than guests have to borrow it from the front desk which cause limited used for other guests. Sometimes guests not straightly return after they use and can also cause loss of property. Tq

Room - spacious, clean, smells so good. Aircond - freezing cold in good way. Bed - comfortable. Value for money - indeed ! Location - walking distance to floating market. I recommend to all bikers who wish to visiting floating market, this is the place to crash in ! The best part is - front desk lady on duty. She's warm, genuine & accomodating. She needs a raise !

Nothing negative to be honest but my humble suggestion : it would be great if the premise has roof parking for motorcycles. And also a cafe or something since there is limited restaurants nearby.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious, with a bathroom that was equally roomy. The balcony was of a decent size, perfect for some fresh air. The location is great, just a short walk to the Khlong Floating Market in Hatyai. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and it was a bonus that some of them spoke Malay. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 9/10."

-Quite far from town (30mins drive) but walking distance to Floating market (which only opens on the weekends) - No mini mart nearby :( but the hotel do have some chips n drinks on sale so its helpful. - No coffee shop / restaurant in the hotel. So no breakfast opt (but they have opt order from nearby restaurant and they will send to yr hotel room :)

This is my second time staying this hotel.. what i like about this hotel because room is so big.. bed also king saiz.. brand new hotel.. just walking distance to floating market. smart tv in the room. really recomended hotel

just a little bit far from town. but if you drive should be no proble at all. no swimming pool but is ok for me because it really cheap. less deco in the room.. maybe hotel can put some deco or small sofa..

It’s just next to Khlong Hae floating market and 10 minutes walking distance to Khlong Hae Seafood buffet. It’s a fairly new hotel, so the basic amenities in the room eg good size TV, fresh towels and also the lobby is clean and new. The reception was cheerful and friendly.

The drainage in the shower was slow and it needs about 10 seconds to drain down. The room balcony was too close facing the home quarters which makes it uncomfortable to open the curtains.

Location of the hotel is very near hatyai's famous floating market. Connectivity to highway also means it is easy to drive around town. The room is very spacious & clean. Kid's friendly & the staffs are able to converse in Malay too.

Location is a bit further from hatyai's city center, hence you can't just get a tuk tuk outside of the hotel to move around. Ideal location only if you are driving yourself in Hatyai

The place was just 2 mins away from Khlong Hae Floating Market. It is about 10mins to hatyai central. The hotel also provide bike rental service which is so convenient. Hotel was clean and it was really a pleasant stay

The water pressure at higher floor was not really good. As for the wash room at reception the pressure was good.

New hotel. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Location (must know before you book). The floating market only open during weekend. Hygiene can be improved. Found a tuft of hairs on the bedsheet. The room I booked is superior room. Spacious but no different with other room. No sofa. The cool air from air cond only manage to circulate to the bed. The other side (entrance-toilet-balcony) is very warm.
