Breakfast was ok ,,not much to chose from but the staff were lovely. the location was a little out of the way but the views from the place were beautiful, sunsets were perfect. we had a good stay at the resort .

with covid nothing was open at the resort, no food on an evening ,and there wasn't any wifi in the room. mini bar just had 2 bottles of water in the fridge . one of the evenings it took me 30 minuets to find the one member of staff on duty so i could get a soft drink from the bar

Accessing the hotel off the main road is tricky as road is not paved and has no street lights

Great little hotel tucked away by the river. Nice pool and bar area. Big rooms (2 bedroom suite). Breakfast was adequate.

Finding the hotel was nearly impossible. The road leading to it looks like a dirt path through a construction site. Some signs would be helpful. Maybe the balcony should be screened in, SO many mosquitoes!!

Its is difficult to find the way to hotel and no activities available and it`s difficult to go with family without car.

1. The view from the dining room was good. The River Kwai in front and the mountains in the background. But the air was dusty and foggy with the mining of pebbles and sand in the surrounding area.

1. Rooms are small and poorly furnished with no telephones for communication. 2. Breakfast was very basic, repetitive and with no choice. 3. Bathrooms are small and the whole bathroom gets wet each time a shower is taken. No bathmats for the floor. 4. The taps are cylindrical(bad design) with no grip when the hands are wet, making it impossible to turn the taps on/off. 5. No toothbrush/toothpaste supplied. No grabs bars installed for the elderly in the slippery shower areas.

it was very run down, neglected, and the room/bathroom was not clean. when we returned to our room after the first day. the beds had not been made, the room and bathroom had not been cleaned. there were no bedside lamps, and we had to get up to switch off the harsh ceiling light and then make our way to the bed in the dark. based on the room’s design this was tricky and could be a safety hazard. the staff did not speak any English. given that this was not a cheap stay, we were extremely disappointed. we will not recommend this hotel, nor stay there again.

very run down in every way. the roof was leaking and we had to shift rooms. No spa facilities and advertised. The road leaving to the resort was mud road without any signpost.
