The location is literally paradise. The staff are some of the friendliest and accommodating people we’ve met in the whole of Thailand. The bungalows are clean and tidy and the beach is maintained so well. We really can’t say enough positive things about all of the amazing staff who work here. Bran especially is one of the nicest men you could ever wish to meet. Thank you so much for having us, we hope to come back again as soon as we can. The atmosphere around the grounds is so laid back and relaxing, exactly what we wanted. The food is also exceptional in the restaurant. A gem of a place! Thank you! Please don’t stop doing what you’re doing.
The only thing we would like to see is some signs around to tell people not to touch the hermit crabs. We saw a family collecting them in a jar and in buckets, crabs piled on top of one-another, and then a child dropped the whole bucket on the floor. There would have no doubt been injured crabs. It was very sad to see this. The crabs are social creatures and should not be disturbed or moved away from their location or family. The crabs and their environment should be protected at all costs. I would like to see staff raising a bit more awareness and education. I would also suggest some leaflets or advice in the hotel booklet. And encourage donations of shells.

The location on the beach was perfect. Really liked the rustic Thai style bungalows. The breakfast was great, as were other meals. Very quiet and peaceful during the day time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The bungalows, being made of natural products, were not at all soundproof - could hear people talking and walking by. I was there for eight nights, and every night without fail, there was horrendously loud 'music' coming from another beach I was told. It was not typical beach bar music but more of a pounding beat which went on until very late. The bed was very soft. All in all, did not have any good night sleeps. The hotel provided earplugs but nothing could drown out the noise. There were not that many sunbeds, and they were very low.

Everything! This place is paradise. The hotel had thought of everything to ensure the enjoyment of the guests, from the coffee machine down to the ear plugs for any noise at night, torch for when you venture out in the evening and umbrellas for when it rains. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The food and drink at the restaurant was great - the breakfast included in the room rate is generous and tasty. The beach has ample beds and chairs to lay out for the guests, and the pool is great. This is the only place i’ve stayed in Koh Lanta that had a mosquito net and it is much appreciated!!
Nothing not to like. I just wish I had come at a busier time of year so the bars and restaurants in relax bay were busier. I also wish i’d stayed for longer!!

The bamboo bungalow is very nice and vey well decorated, especially the soft lightning. As we faced a lot of rain, the Netflix connection came in very handy, but also sitting outside on the terrace watching the rain go by made the days very lazy. The restaurant was good, but there are also other places at walking distance worth to explore. The reception can take care of trips and transport to the ferry/airport, but a tuktuk on the road is also easy to catch.
Nothing really but it is good to know that although the location is good, halfway the Island, you need transport to visit other beaches. And the beach itself is good, bit rocky so you better go down a few meters further down.

Our second time at Lazy Days, this time in the low season. The staff were great and it was a lot quieter (thanks to the annoying party bars being closed) although this meant fewer restaurants open in the vicinity. Really enjoyed the view from the beachfront, but to be honest all bungalows are great. Would definitely come back for a third stint!
More rubbish on the beach than I recall. Not much the hotel can do about this but it does put a damper on things.

Its a gorgeous small collection of huts right on the beach. They also have a pool so if the sea is a bit rough you can still swim and cool off. The cocktails in the restaurant are nice. For gluten free breakfast you can alter the options to suit but, as is typical with thailand, they wont have any special gf products. I got eggs and bacon with fruit and yogurt every morning which was a lot of food and to make sure it was gluten free I asked for no muesli in the yogurt and no bread with the eggs and bacon.
The beach itself is not the best one on the island for swimming. High tide is best time to swim.

We absolutely loved the cozy bungalows and the bar, staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect for us, however I think it’s useful to rent a motorbike everywhere in Ko Lanta.
The beach is not the best during low tide, it’s full of big rocks, not too good for enjoying the sea, however the sunsets are great. I also think the breakfast is not their strongest if you stay more than 2 days (boring).

The best bungalow I've ever stayed at. 1. The staff was extremely helpful. 2. The staff spoke/understood English very well for a little island like Koh Lanta—I mean, we are struggling to communicate with locals in Ao Nang and Railay, both places are bigger tourist attractions compared with Lanta. 3. The WiFi was great—I was able to work and video conference calls without an issue. 4. The place is extremely nice and quiet. 5. They had Netflix?! 6. Best food in Koh Lanta. 7. Right up the beach. Honestly, I miss the bungalow. Hoping to go back soon!

Small, secluded, no noise from other bars, but from other people (if you catch my drift) ;) Tine - is a wonderful staff member who made our stay so much nicer and really cared about the people visiting, she deserves a raise! The location is perfect.
Staff could clean rooms a bit better, sewage smell sometimes (but that is to be expected). The sea-view bungalow is not worth in my opinion; either beachfront or regular.
