loved my stay at superpro so much ! first time doing Muay Thai and the trainers and gym was so much fun! the trainers and staff were so patient with the group classes and made it so enjoyable. The accomodation was clean and comfortable and having training included for free was a bonus! the open gym also has enough for a good workout

Payment was quite troublesome, maestro was not accepted. They also could not charge credit card in advance for some unknown reason.

Great trainers at the Muay Thai gym. All classes are free. Very clean.

You have to pay 300 baht to use the pool. This was not mentioned in the listing at the time of booking. The reception staff were unhelpful about this problem. The manger was especially unfriendly and seemed to suggest she would cancel my booking if I complained. Expect lots of noise early in the morning due to fitness classes starting. It's fine if you plan to join the classes but probably annoying if you want to sleep in.

There's no place to refill your water bottle. This is pretty ordinary for a place offering training/training camp.

I feel truly conflicted about my experience. The staff, gym, and facilities, like the pool, are very nice —everything you need for good training is available. However, the beds were an absolute nightmare, and unfortunately, that overshadowed everything else

I’m not picky, but the beds here were, by far, the worst I’ve ever encountered. What they provided wasn’t even a proper mattress—it was thin fabric wrapped around metal springs. All night long, I could feel the springs digging into my body. It was impossible to get any sleep. Since a good night’s sleep is the primary purpose of a hotel, I have to give a very low score. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback to heart and invests in proper mattresses, as that should be the bare minimum for guest comfort.
