This apartment is a beautifully designed and inviting space, complete with a spacious and beautiful balcony offering stunning city views. The One Lodge, constructed just around two years ago, boasts a sleek and sophisticated design. The host, Kanda, is exceptionally friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any requests. The complimentary WiFi was reliable and met expectations, and we slept exceptionally well, enjoying the comfort of the space.

We had a lovely stay in the terrace room, which was so pleasant. The place has a nice atmosphere, is very very clean and cosy. It’s actually much better in person than the photos. The host is a sweetheart and made sure we were comfortable, we felt really welcome. Location is good and many shops and restaurants around. The apartment has everything you need, and a nice place to come back to at the end of the day and relax. Highly recommend this guest house!

Everything was great

Steep stairs with no handrail makes the property unsuitable for older guests. Internet patchy and drops out frequently More clarity required before booking in relation to the 2,000 baht demanded as security deposit. Not unreasonable but unexpected.

New, modern, very clean. Latest Samsung SmartTV. Cool bar downstairs. Decent location away from the craziness but not too far to walk many good areas.

I've stayed here twice. On the second stay there were odours venting through the shower and bathroom drains. Could have been the result of Songkran tourist volume overwhelming the waste infrastructure.

The person who runs the hotel Kanda is amazing. Because its a new hotel it didn't have a safe in the room when we arrived ,Kanda went and brought new safes for us. Overall Service was exceptional. Coffee machine in the room is a nice touch but the coffee shop next door to the hotel probably has the best Coffee in Pattaya. The bar downstairs is small but also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This should not be on the booking.com website. Firstly it is not a hotel but an appartment where the host is not there from time to time so makes it very difficult to check in. - There is no elevator so one has to go up 3 flights of stairs. - The windows have zero sound prooofing so you will be up all night - The room is open planned and the aircon unit is too small so its very hot to sleep in - If you lose your key they charge you $20 to replace it.
