Stayed there twice on my last visit to Thailand. There's nowhere else I would stay in Pattaya. It's a lovely little place and nice, relaxing, and quiet, but not far away from the main areas of the city. I walk it, but I like to walk.

There was a new bloke, maybe a new manager, and I had a couple of problems with him - his solution to a broken kettle was for me to come down and use the communal water boiler, he found it impossible to order a taxi for me even though I showed him where I was going on googlemaps, and he was knocking on doors at exactly midday to get everyone checked out. Fortunately, the first two problems were solved by the staff who've been there a while. There's no reason why he shouldn't be knocking on doors at midday, but giving people 10 minutes grace is I think the best way to do that.

Great value for money, spacious room, beautiful exteriors, away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet a short ride away from busy areas.

Many guests were incredibly loud and disrespectful (example: boasting music through their phones in common areas for hours at a time, entertaining their lady friends in common areas at peculiar hours while broadcasting this to their friends back home where we could see and hear not only their loud physical presence but also the virtual crowd they create in the loudest way possible). Staff did absolutely nothing to safeguard other guests' peace.

I've stayed here a few times, and will stay again next time I'm in Pattaya. It's a lovely little place, with a very chilled atmosphere. It's quiet as it's away from the main road, and there are no soi dogs to worry about, only soi cats (if that is worrying for anyone).

There's a bloke who seems to be new who may be the manager and he is not good at his job. Fortunately, the members of staff who have been there for a while make up for his incompetence.

- No power sockets near one side of the bed - On the first room we booked was broken air conditioner (making loud noise). At the morning manager changed our room on another one and promised to fix air conditioner - In one of our room the heater in the bathroom was not working well

I've reviewed this place before. I really love it, and will stay there again. The staff are super friendly. It's also quite a sociable place as every room has a little table and chairs outside. In the evening, it's not uncommon to strike up a conversation with another guest.

The free tea is Lipton. That's possibly the only thing I can imagine anyone having a problem with. I don't mind Lipton. There is also a big supermarket nearby if you need to get some PG Tips or something similar.

I liked the friendly staff you do not get all the extras like coffee in room but thete is plenty in recreation room. I didn't go for extras I went to save money this place is value for money but only compromise the coffees the free breakfast. Never up for that anyway. For me down a quite street for sleeping in. I loved it now the staff are so nice in a thai way not professional but in family way want to look after you. Want your time to be as comfortable as possible. I love it. Pleas3 judge on cost and loving family. ❤️ not the extras.

I don't think at cost you can fault. But I am loving ❤️ you go judge for yourself. Be gentle they are family I mean it you are family 👪

I like the deco and also the quite & relaxing space. People are nice and really much helful. Still remember the auntie who helped with water at night, she is so friendly and supportive. Just a bit different in culture, I think, here not available hair dryer in the room, however, we could request the staff and they would give it.

People smoke in the common space, the smell makes us feel so headache and not really like to stay in common space

This is a really nice little hotel, situated in a small alleyway. The location is really quiet. It is a good walk to the beach but it is doable. Download the grab or bolt app. also check out the baht bus (Songthaews) they are a really cheap way to travel. The personnel are really friendly and want to make your stay perfect. There is a nice swimming pool, open between 10.AM and 10.PM. The rooms are situated around the pool. The wifi was stable and fast. Room was equipped with a large size fridge. Coffee and tea was available 24/7 at the reception. There was also a microwave at the reception, but I didn't ask if it was for use by the guests. They have a cheaper price for long stay guests. They take credit cards at no extra costs. They have a large parking lot across from the hotel. Reccomended

It is a good walk to the beach, but that means that the hotel is really quiet at nighttime.

The hotel is located in a very quiet alley in Pattaya, which made for a peaceful stay. The receptionist was very welcoming and one of the workers even helped carry my luggage to the room. There’s a swimming pool and a water refill machine, which I appreciated. The room was quite large and spacious especially impressive for Pattaya at that price point. The bathroom was clean, and I loved that there was street food available just outside the alley. I will definitely stay here again.

The room was huge and had a living space. Dogs are allowed at the hotel and only charge 100฿ per dog which was great. They also have parking too. Would definitely recommend the hotel because it’s good value for money.

At night the street to the hotel is dark, creepy and not well kept so at first we weren’t sure if we were on the right street but once you drive down the road 200m or so the hotel is actually all light up. So it’s not a problem with the hotel more the surrounding.
