When we arrived, check in was less than 10 minutes. The staff were so nice and their English was fine. They helped us with our bags and a shuttle took us to our room. The driver was very helpful and also spoke OK English. Free shuttle buses to and from patong were great and always on time. The main pool is closed due to maintanence until the 31st of august but that didn't affect us as we had a pool access room. For just over $100aud you get a super large room with pool access overlooking the beautiful mountain. People complaining about this place not being 5 stars should look at the other resorts in the area charging alot more before they complain. I stayed at holiday inn recently and paid twice as much for a much smaller room with no pool access. I prefer this place much more. Breakfast was fine, nothing amazing but it does the job. Check out was easy and took about 10 minutes. I would stay here again. Great value for money. Also great if you want to stay a little further out from the chaos. We walked up and down the hill almost every day with no problems. It's not as bad as people are making it out to be.

Nothing to complain about.

I was worried after reading a lot of negative reviews. But we didn’t find any of the issues stated by the Karen’s. The staff were friendly, facilities good, maybe not 5 star but honestly no real issues. Food was good from the restaurant.

The wide selection of rooms.I think i had booked many rooms in this hotel and each room is so unique i keep browsing on my booking app to see what other rooms they can offer.Then I stumbled on the jaccuzzi room.I like how private it was and we had a partial sea view and a city view .The amenities were also superb and modern which my husband liked.

i remember we a had a bit problem with the jacuzzi.We accidentally stepped on the drain and the water gradually decrease and it took some time to fill it up again.when we tried to open the jacuzzi spa the water splash to the other side and there was a private villa and a room down stairs to us.

Fantastic hotel and room was very good and clean. All facilities are available and fast response from the hotel for any help. Also, the transportation we very helpful to us

Reduce the price of the room

My girlfriend and I booked the premier suite seaview and from the moment we arrived at the resort we were met with friendly helpful staff, and amazed by the views. Our apartment was more than we expected and decided to stay a day longer, even upgrading to a jacuzzi suite. Very spacious, clean and luxurious. I would recommend this resort to everyone ! They have it all and more. Great bar, friendly staff, taxi services and transport to and from the villas. Every sunset is now a special memory!

All I didn’t like was having to leave. But truth be told , the breakfast is alright and wish they had bacon.

It was a great area, central to everything and it was easy to get to places. The room was very spacious, especially for a family. The pool was awesome too, could dip into the pool anytime we want. The price point was pretty good as well.

Had a little dusty smell when we got there but went away after a day or so The 2nd aircon seemed dusty when we turn it on.

Upgraded to a Cottage on arrival, so that was a lovely surprise, we had our own private jacuzzi with an amazing view of Patong Beach and coast line, there is a shuttle service to and from the cottage as its right at the very top of the hill, they assist with luggage to and from the room, staff are very kind and helpful. Great location not too far from shops, nightlife, bars etc.

Could sometimes take a while for the shuttle to arrive once ordered, but I can only imagine this is due to it being busy and lots of people requiring a shuttle so its expected, plus we didn't wait any longer than 20-30mins, so take that in to consideration when planning timed activities or bookings etc.

The rooms are exceptionally clean! Comfortable and the view is superb. You get the sea view from the Cottage rooms that we stayed in. The room came with a private pool and we had an excellent time. Our room was up the hill and the shutter service was good, they will pick you up within 5-10 minutes upon calling them. The room has all the utensils to be used, coffee machine, fridge, microwave oven and we enjoyed our stay here! 💯 The food is tasty, the pool has a by the pool bar. Overall it was a magical experience. ⭐ we were hesitant upon reading some bad reviews but glad we gave this hotel a shot as it was nothing close to the bad reviews. please don’t trust all the bad reviews given. This resort has improved over time and we will definitely come here again!

i honestly love how it was shown on the photo and got interested and booked the room.The room itself is unique

Well ,to be honest, I booked a seaview room. but what we have is a with a roof view in Q2.the view was obstructed by the opposite roof of the room infront of us and also the plant on the left side too. you can only sea partial of that sea view in real time.Another thing is ,there is less privacy when using the jacuzzi pool .it was so open that if the other room was book at that time i would feel uncomfortable.
